We had a wonderful 9 day stay in November. The apartment was as beautiful as the photos in the listing and perfect for our group of three. An amazing and walkable location that’s just steps away from the trendy Barrio Italia shops and restaurants. Building staff and residents were friendly and welcoming, check in was a breeze, and Poliane’s communication was clear and prompt. We would absolutely stay here again if we have another opportunity to visit Santiago.

The apartment is very well located, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The space is even larger than in the photos, very comfortable and welcoming. Gerardo is a great host, attentive and dear to the guest!

My stay with Pamela was wonderful. The apartment is very clean, cozy, comfortable, we stayed 10 days and we felt at home! The location is very good, super quiet region, with a very close metro station, a bus stop, easy to walk to the SKY Costanera, a very safe area and the fleet of agencies also catch us there without problems. She is a very nice and helpful person. We were received on the day of check-in and explained exactly everything, in addition, she also passes the cell phone contact to facilitate communication. Very good I highly recommend, we will be back for sure!

I stayed in this apartment for a month. I really liked the fact that it was very quiet (although sometimes the neighbors were noisy, but it didn't bother me). Nice renovation and there is everything for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is super nice! It has what you need to generate a comfortable stay. You feel very comfortable throughout the time you spend in the place. Subway station is very close and the area is very safe. Also, it has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose this apartment to stay again.

My experience at Claudia's place was excellent. I loved the location of the apartment, close to everything I needed. My arrival was easy and fast. The place is very nice and clean as shown in the pictures. I had the opportunity to release the new windows that reduce the noise of the street, which allowed me a good rest. Also, the apartment has an air conditioner that works extraordinarily well on hot days. Claudia was incredibly kind and responsive, always attentive to any need and willing to make my stay better. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Great experience!

The hosts were always attentive, a problem was quickly resolved with the wifi and on the last day after check-out they warned that I had forgotten some clothes and passed them to retire. Very attentive

The stay at Ivan's apartment was excellent. Wonderful location, close to restaurants, metro, buses and at the same time very quiet and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped in both the linens and the kitchen. Surely we will recommend it to other people who want to get to know Santiago!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for a mountain getaway. It’s quite high up, so be sure to stock up on groceries in Santiago before making the drive. There were some minor issues with the wifi during a snowstorm, but Valeria was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. The ski storage and locker room were super convenient, and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is as described and shown, it is small, just for 2 people, comfortable, a large and beautiful balcony that has a nice view of the city with some mountain range overlooking the buildings. It's a 12th floor. The host was always nice, luckily we didn't have to disturb her, her instructions were clear and accurate when entering and checking out. It is located near the metro, approximately 500 meters away, safe area, quiet pleasant to walk. I'd recommend this place

Wonderful stay, the Depto is much better and bigger than how it is seen in the photos, Matías's attention is frankly remarkable, he was attentive to all inquiries, also the attention of Jorge el Conerje who supported us at all times; commenting that we retired early and coming down near Farellones, we stopped carabineros, noting that only from 3:00 pm it could be lowered (4 hours still waiting in the car), talking to Matias saved us with a late check-out, so we returned and could wait comfortably in his Depto. We will definitely be back and recommend it. Best, René San Martín

Catalina´s place was great for us, our office was in the building right next door, so we could just walk there. The metro station was also within easy walking distance making it very easy to move around the city. The Domínicos park was beautiful, and right there for us to enjoy if we wanted to. Supermarket within walking distance, mall also within walking distance, although a little further than the supermarket. For us it was the ideal location. The apartment was nice, not very big but for our needs it served its purpose. Thank you Catalina, would love to be back to your place next time.

Fantastic location in a quiet street, walk to shops, mall, park and restaurants. Heaps of rooms, everything worked as needed, keyless entry was easy. Beatrice was very flexible on check-in as our flight was international and we didn’t get much choice on what time we would arrive. The shower was amazing!! Just what we needed after a long flight. Thank you Beatrice! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Valle Nevado. Macarena was super responsive and helped us find a great driver (Cristian Soto—who I also highly recommend—for private affordable transport to and from Santiago and the airport to the apartment). She was also very flexible about check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated. The view is magnificent from every room. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna (which requires booking and a fee but that also meant we had it to ourselves). Overall we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Macarena’s apartment for a winter ski adventure in Valle Nevado!
