The accommodation matches the description, Mary is very attentive and the location is very good, both for nearby and accessible transport and for nearby shops. The place is very safe, both the block and the neighborhood. It's true that the apartment is small, but for one or two people it does the job. The only thing that could be improved would be the functionality of the kitchen area, because for long stays it does become too small to be able to cook something more elaborate, the space is very small in this regard. The hot water tank doesn't last long, so the shower has to be very quick. Otherwise, everything was good. I'd come back. The donuts were very good, thank you very much :)

If you ever want to visit Lima and you want a cosy place to stay that hits all three criteria this is your place- it’s a very good price, it’s in a perfect location and it’s a lovely place. I would definitely stay here again- Benjamin was very communicative and a great host.

I loved the pool, its cleanliness, and the space it had—enough to fit a whole family of 8. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. The pool maintenance and weekly clean were the perfect additions to our stay. Apart from a few bugs in the house coming from the outside, everything was well, and I would definitely stay in that house again.

Alvaro and his mom were very friendly to us, even giving us a check-in that suited us. The place is very nice, quiet and without much noise from an avenue. The place is really designed for 2 people, but thanks to an additional folding bed we were able to accommodate 3 people. I had no problems during the stay and Alvaro always answered all the questions we had on time. Thank you very much and I hope to return!

Excellent stay at a Chinese person's house. He's very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfasts were delicious. The house has all the amenities and they also lend you umbrellas for the beach. It's super close walking to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommended! Thank you!!

The location is unbeatable, close to everything, it is a central area close to the metro station, restaurants, shopping malls and very close to districts such as Miraflores and Barranco. Pachi is an excellent host. When I go back to Lima for sure I'll take the room again

I highly recommend it, it's a beautiful place. Renzo is always attentive and friendly, as is Humberto, the guardian. My family was delighted with the size of the house, its environments and the details with which we were welcomed. We went with 3 dogs and they fully enjoyed the entire green area (it's much wider than we thought from the photos). In the house there are 2 dogs that are very docile, but anyway they lock them in another area during the stay and behave very well; if you approach their space they fill you with love. The house is very well equipped and in excellent condition. They have everything you need, from quite varied board games to a medicine cabinet suitable for any emergency. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning soon!

I was with my family this weekend and we had a great time, the place is great to escape the noise of the city and be comfortable in spacious spaces surrounded by nature. The pool is great, large and it was clean all 3 days, the bathrooms, rooms, dining room, kitchen were A1, in fact the kitchenware we already loved that it was of everything that is needed for a family, we grilled in one of the recreation areas to play (my family had fun with the shot to the toad and the table futbito) and it was a very nice time, I went with my 1-1/2 year old son, and he loved the parrots he saw and the many plants there. Fanny seemed like a super warm host, even the house was already equipped for everything (even botiquin), if by A or B I had any query, she answered me immediately; in general we were delighted with the house and the treatment of Fanny, my family already made me promise that we will go again, I highly recommend it.
