The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

This lovely home was just what our large group needed. We were close to restaurants and love park. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a really gorgeous space in a nice neighborhood on a relatively quiet street (there are no actual quiet streets in Lima). The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have very strict no party, and quiet time rules so please be aware of that and respect your fellow guests.

I had a fantastic stay in Miraflores and Juan was great host on repeated occasions he was willing to help me out in what ever I needed. Highly recommend the 2 story duplex I felt like a king I couldn't decide In which room to stay definitely will be back highly recommend it its a bargain!

Rodrigo has been a great host, very quick in responding and very helpful. The place is a great apartment clean, with quiet location. Not too many cars at night. Also is very close to all restaurants and Mira Flores. Good for sightseeing, without having to book a taxi, just walk it as it's all close by. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and definitely recommend highly of this apartment and thank you to Rodrigo for making our stay very comfortable. 5 star ***** We will be back again :) Thank you!!

My entire stay was great! Juan is a Super attentive and pro active host, the apartment is very well organized and clean. The location is good; it has quite a few fences shopping.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Ricardo’s airbnb during our last days in Peru, and wow, we had a very a nice experience. There are cute Street and food places, also one of the best sandchiwes we had (chicharrones Monstruo) . It's very close to the sea side so we went for a small picnic. Apartment has everything you need, tv, balcony, swimming pool and last but not least karaoke! I won't forget all the nice memories we got from Lima thanks to this location and space.

Rosa was just a wonderful host: Courteous, kind, helpful and considerate. Both her and her husband procided me with a 5plus star stay. The location is safe and easy to get to public transportation. From her location you can get anywhere in Lima as it is central and safe. The room is sufficently spacious and does not lack anything Having access to the other room was wonderful. Internet, washroom and Rosa's hot water for coffee in the morning will be well remembered. I have travelled and been at many AB&Bs....this was o e l will remember with great fondness. 😊

I stayed for 5 weeks and had the best time. As I work remotely the internet was a must have and it didn't let me down. The kitchen and utensils were great to make everything I needed. The space of the house is fantastic, the bed comfortable and the smart TV helps relax after a long day. A couple of things that aren't great is that the towels don't dry well, but that's because Lima is very humid, but building has a laundry that helps a lot and the noise from the avenues is loud if you leave the doors and windows open, I used earplugs to sleep and had no issue. Viviana was a great host, received me on my arrival and explained everything. I recommend it!
