Big, beautiful apartment in an absolutely amazing location. Very friendly check-in staff that let me leave my luggage until the room was ready.

The apartment is excellent location, complete in every way, the kitchen, the bathroom, cable, it has air conditioning although we do not need it, very good days of excellent temperature. Bed linen. Everything at home is very clean, the apartment and the building. The area is safe and quiet. Close all tourist attractions. Daniel is excellent, very cordial.

I had a super nice stay!!

I felt right at home here. It’s one of those Airbnbs that is difficult to leave to explore the city. The balcony was full of plants and looked out onto a tree. I left the balcony doors open most days while I was there and enjoyed the fresh air waft in. I only wish I had asked the host for more recommendations! If I return to BsAs again, I hope this place is available. It’s not a house or apartment, it is a home…at least my home away from home.

apartment was exactly as pictured. very clean and comfortable bed. building is new with modern amenities. the hosts' father daniel was my point of contact and he was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Really enjoyed my stay despite being in quarentine for the whole thing! Definitely recommended!!

Wonderful location and unit in Recoleta. So easy to find groceries, coffee, restaurants etc within just a few blocks. Secure building with 24 hr front desk made me feel extra secure although neighborhood felt perfectly safe and welcoming. I walked EVERYWHERE from this location - leisurely strolls to sites, parks, etc. Loved the unit for having everything I needed - including a washer! Absolutely recommend and would stay again!

It was all perfect. The apartment is very good and Flor is an extremely attentive host. I recommend it!

This apartment has everything you could want and more for your time in BA. The neighborhood is charming and full of great places to eat. The flat itself is clean and bright with fantastic views over the skyline. We particularly enjoyed the sunset from the indoor penthouse swimming pool, and of course sunbathing during the day by the outdoor pool. We would not hesitate to come back here. A very cozy apartment in Belgrano, clean and well-organized. It’s conveniently close to many restaurants, cafes, and the subway. I spent a month there and really enjoyed my time. Francisco is an excellent host who explained everything I needed to know when we first met. He’s also very attentive and responds quickly. I highly recommend this place and would gladly rent it again if I return to BA.

Everything is great!!

Not a touristy or famous part of Palermo, but an excellent and safe home base with groceries and pharmacies handy. Once you get your Sube card, there are convenient buses to everywhere, almost from your doorstep. Lots of cute small shops and eateries for almost every requirement, including some vegan and gluten free options. You can buy tokens for the laundry machines in the building from a little convenience store around the corner. Neighbors are considerate about noise and not intrusive. I spent a lot of time on the balcony which is a little urban refuge. If location is important to you, I should mention that this is very close to the border with Belgrano, also a safe and somewhat upscale area, but not a close walk to the parts of Palermo that you may have read about.

Excellent accommodation, all spotless, very clean, very quiet and safe area, many food venues. We loved the building, in addition to the very quiet and easily accessible building. Thanks a lot, we'll be back soon

Comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need for long stays, very quiet building, very good location, nearby demuy good restaurants, cafes etc very nice neighborhood to walk. The manager Javier is always very kind and willing to help with what we need.

It met our needs. Good location, with market, pharmacy, bus stops, subway and nearby train. Quiet region, many things you can walk. Maria Eugênia received us very well, always ready to help.

The experience was wonderful. From contact with Ivanna, the manager of the apartment, to stay in a comfortable place, which delivers what it promises and is in a great location. The apartment, despite being a suite is quite wide, and airy. The bathroom was great, with water at the temperature we wanted. The building although old did not present any problems. There is no concierge, but this was not an obstacle for us. We would definitely come back to this apartment
