Palermo is a wonderful place to explore. The apartment is near to public transport. Alejandro as host is very communicative. I liked that the apartment has a separate bedroom. The kitchen is fine for limited cooking. The swimmingpool is an added bonus. There is some noise from the nearby railway but it didn´tbother us too much. All in all an excellent choice for people who want to stay in Palermo.

The area in which the home is located is very nice and quiet. The facilities are spacious and the accommodation overlooking the pool is extremely relaxing. We went as a couple and would definitely come back.

We had a great time! The apartment is super comfortable and very comfortable. It is in a very good location, close to cute restaurants in a very nice tiger area. We found it very comfortable to be able to leave the car in the garage, access to the apartment is very good. Highly recommended, Javier is very attentive and felt at home.

Large apartment, extremely comfortable, with always available concierge and extremely friendly staff. The area is easily accessible to the main sights, there are some restaurants, cafes, markets and Wester Union very close to the apartment. I traveled with my parents and sought an accommodation option that was accessible to the tourist areas but that was also comfortable enough for us to enjoy time together in the moments of rest, which is necessary when we travel with older people, and definitely Nico's apartment fulfills all these requirements. I went with my wife in the bedroom with two single beds, which Nico gently grouped them together, making it imperceptible that she was not a king size. Amazing stay, recommend and would definitely come back. Gracias, Nico!

The apartment is excellent, just like in the pictures. The location could not be better. It is possible to walk to all the attractions that the neighborhood of Recoleta offers. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

I have been using Airbnb for years all over the world. I can definitely say this was the best value I have ever seen on Airbnb. The view is amazing, condo is super secure with 24 hour security, close to all the famous restaurants of Palermo. Taxis readily available outside. I originally booked 3 nights at Ezequiel's place in Buenos Aires but liked both city and his apartment so much that I added a fourth night, which was really easily scheduled with Ezequiel! The apartment itself is in a modern part of the city (Palermo) with lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and everything else you might need in walking distance as well as beautiful parks and gardens a few streets away. The apartment complex where the apartment is in is secured by two gates and the door secured with another pin code, so you feel safe at all times! Kitchen, bed and especially the shower were really good and the balcony right outside is another benefit! Ezequiel as a host was incredibly nice, almost immediately responding to my questions and assisting with help where he could. Thanks for letting me stay here and I will definitely be back for both Buenos Aires and apartment!!

Super grateful to make the house chosen to celebrate my birthday with friends. Super spacious, just as seen in the photos. Always super willing to respond as quickly as possible. Utensils, crockery and super full kitchen. We will undoubtedly book again in other opcasions, the location is excellent. The home was exactly as described and we were all very pleased. Memi and Dani (our cleaner) was always responsive and pleasant to work with. I would defiantly rent again given the opportunity. We have all recommended this location to our friends. Loved all the levels of the outside experience which was a added surprise. The weather was pleasant and the location ideal for local walking and getting to other surrounding areas. We truly enjoyed our experience.
