Loved the deck, the view, the pool. All the sounds, birds, sounds of waves, like Dave mentions, even from the bathroom! Enjoy your stay here!

Elizabeth and Mike are more than perfect hosts! They've helped us a lot and did so much more than they're supposed to do 😊 The accommodation is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, in a very nice quiet setting and close to the entrance to the Mont Chirripo park. They are very attentive, you will feel at home here. We recommend 1000%!

The 4 days we spent at Rita's place were magical. The apartment is very functional and perfectly located. Ronald and the staff on-site are very friendly and always available, as well as Rita and Andrea, who are very responsive and can provide you with plenty of great tips to discover Uvita. I highly recommend it 😊

Lugar is the same as the photos, we felt right at home. Everything clean, tidy, a beautiful view and a very pleasant reception. Important to note that it is highly recommended to go in a 4x4. Although a 4x2 goes up, the unit is located in mountain and if it rains, access can be complicated. We go up in a 4x2 and Julio went well.

We had a absolutely fantastic stay and could not have asked for a more beautiful location! The property was spotless, decorated well and had everything we could have needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool area and spent quite a few hours lounging and watching the iguanas. Their is even a little waterfall on the property that is incredibly picturesque. Our hats off to Louey the host and Erick the caretaker. Our stay was superb!

we loved it! The pool was cleaned during our stay and we got a mid week room cleaning as well. Everything we needed to cook meals was there, great AC, and wifi. It was gated which felt safe. Thanks again!

Niko and Nicola (and Mucho, the always friendly dog) were amazing hosts! From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, helpful and always lovely to interact with. The space is perfectly located next surf, yoga, and an amazing café with super friendly staff. We’re already planning our next trip back!

10/10! Landon is awesome, he met us when we got in (which was superrrrrr late unfortunately due to crazy traffic) but he was so nice. The area is centrally located and need some really great food. The place is super awesome, WiFi is fast and there was a cute cat who came to visit by the pool 🥹 Can’t wait to come back!

We have traveled to many places and this is by far one of the best peaceful places we’ve been to. Alex has literally everything you need for your stay- from extra soap, towels, plates, air fryer, ETC! so much thought out into this home. the people in charge are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is clean, rooms are comfortable, and the pool is amazing. A home surrounded by nature, animals, and a wonderful more peaceful view at any time of the day. The road to the house is full of incredible mountain views. Such a treat to stay here. I highly recommend Alex’s place. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

This AirBnb was the PERFECT beginning to our still ongoing trip in Costa Rica. We loved our stay in this beautiful, tropical, beachy home! This one's special, we felt secluded although we were close to everything and the landscaping was amazing! We woke up to beautiful song birds in the morning, enjoyed the breezes as they swept through the house, and were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the rain at night. This home was absolutely perfect for us, and Nicole was super responsive any time we had a question.

Casa Kamaya was a perfect spot for relaxing and exploring Uvita. The location is great, walking distance to the local beach entrances, restaurants and tour guides, and a short drive to other beaches likes Dominical. The place was exactly as pictured. Beds and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked including storage containers for food. Bela and Jerry were great hosts, and very fast to respond to questions.

Me and my friends 9 of us stayed at Jose's house for the weekend. The place was very nice to hangout and share with friends. The space is very nice, not a busy area at all. Definitely we will go back.

I had a wonderful stay here. The big open windows were so nice. We saw macaws fly around us everyday. We heard monkeys one of the nights and also spotted some iguanas up in the trees, which was so cool! I would definitely come again here, it was such a nice place!

I stayed at joes place for about 3 weeks. The place was very nice, the views were great even during the rain. The pool looked just like the pictures as well as the rest of the property. days after I arrived there was a leak in the air conditioner. Joe immediately answered and had someone come fix it the same day. I was able to meet Joe during my stay and he was just as friendly and helpful in person. The whole maintenance team at joes place were also really friendly during my time as well. The community in the villas are great if you are looking for friends or like minded people traveling. I would 100% recommend renting your own car as the villa is on top of a mountain and there is nothing in walking distance from the property. Also keep in mind if you are planning on working online that the power did go out just about every single day of my stay but there was heavy rain and I think this is very common for Costa Rica. Would definitely recommend if you need a nature getaway!! 🇨🇷

Clean, quiet, and in a great Location.

Great communication with Joe and his caretaker Yony, who is available and very helpful. It is an excellent rental choice for someone who wants to work and enjoy at the same time. Upon arrival, the fridge made a loud sound, and when asked, Joe immediately suggested I switch to another unit until he could fix the issue, which was perfect. During my one-month stay, I had a noise issue (a neighbor in a house nearby who was listening to loud music for one day), but Joe and Yony solved the problem immediately. I asked Yony several times about things, and he always helped me. Knowing Costa Rica for years, I value this quality of service and responsiveness much more than a better price or more amenities. This is why I highly recommend this rent, especially if you want to stay more than 1 or 2 nights.

Fantastic stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool, the interior, the views, and the vibe are all better than I expected. Joe is extremely friendly and responsive. I even requested to boost the internet speed as I run a remote business. Joe happily accepted, and the internet speed nearly doubled. It’s been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Come check this place out already.

Talk about a place off grid and amazing views! such an epic spot to wake up to in the hills yet close by to towns down by the beach. Definitely would come back again & recommend this if you’re looking for some peace & quiet in nature!

Where to begin!! I’ve been traveling for some time & have rented many airbnbs and the energy of this place and Joe are just unmatched. Hard to put into words what you experience here but from his place to his prompt replies Joe is absolutely about making your time spent here a memory you will never forget. I woke up every morning & had breakfast outside in the clouds (but really). I loved the community aspect of the villas as I’m a solo traveler - we made what we called family dinners, sat outside together for what I deemed sunset club, helped eachother out. I extended 3 times and I believe that says how much love this place. 1000000/10 there’s no way you’ll be like “damn, I regret booking this place.” 🩵🌼🧡🌞🤎
