Great location easy to find. Parking nearby. Wonderful host, reached out throughout with information and suggestions. Our train was delayed and she was so accommodating. Loved and hope to start again!!

Our family felt very comfortable in this house. It’s convenient that you can leave the car right in front of the window. We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

We booked for a fair event with colleagues and had a great time. The house is warm and cozy, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

My friend and I wanted to spend a quiet weekend in the countryside and hill areas, Tommaso was very kind and made us find the apartment very clean and very spacious. We also found some breakfast and everything to cook. Even by accident we had left things in the apartment and Tommaso was super helpful to pick them up. Great apartment!!!

Great location just steps from the sea and high-speed trolleybus. Easy access to Richone and Rimini. Sea in 3 minutes on foot. Around the corner is a bar, I recommend it, the breakfasts are great. Apartment with private entrance, there is a small area. Suitable for 4.5 people. Everything looks like the photo. The owners are kind people who respond very very quickly. Friendly

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)
