Vacation rentals with lake access in San Giovanni di Fassa

We had a great time at Gian's place! Check-in is autonomous and thanks to its very clear instructions, we found the accommodation without any worries. The cottage is absolutely lovely, clean, refurbished and perfectly functional. Everything is designed for travelers' comfort. Again, thank you for this great experience!

We stayed in 8 people and the spaces were ideal, comfortable, and compliant with the description and photos. Fabian and Emira, they were both very responsive in their communications and promptly helped us with the issues we had. The location of the house is in a very quiet and comfortable residential area to reach both the city of Limone and Saló within halfanhour by car.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

We had a really nice time. The apartment has everything as it says in the description. It's extremely clean. Unfortunately with the hosts, due to their illness, we did not meet the host, but they were responsive throughout our stay and available to answer any questions via email. Extremely positive experience. Thank you and your daughter who welcomed us on the first day.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

The apartment was great, everything worked out perfectly with Arianna. The location is great, so it's perfect for surfing right on the water. I have rarely vacationed in such a beautiful and clean apartment! We'd love to come back!

We had a great holiday. The location is great. The day begins or ends on the terrace overlooking the lake and Limone. Good starting point for activities in every direction. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. The car parked right outside the door, which is a big plus at Lake Garda. The landlords are always helpful. We can only recommend the property.

Staying at the Riva Central apartment was outstanding! Great location, beautiful balcony, large rooms and a fully equipped kitchen where you could cook well! Above all, the service was outstanding, Jose was always available and was always there to help us. In addition, we were greeted with chilled drinks in the apartment. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended in Riva del Garda!

A very nice and modern apartment. Excellent condition and very tastefully decorated. Everything is new and a mega coffee maker. Restaurant right next to the apartment and fantastically beautiful views. Unfortunately - I think due to air pressure - the bathroom smelled a bit musty. But we also know that from other apartments on Lake Garda. This has never happened in the spring - only during our autumn tour in September, because the lake smells stronger after the summer than after the winter. So no devaluation but just a tip: towel over the drain in the shower and window open - after a while it's gone. Easy to find when you arrive during the day - when it is dark and you have a long journey behind you it is a bit tricky - but we still found it. Excellent contact with the landlady and she responded immediately to our request for help “we can't find it”. The place, which I learned to love as a sleepy village many years ago, is becoming more modern and is always worth a trip.

We stayed at Stefania's place for 4 days. It was perfect. Malcesine is a very beautiful village with lots of charm.

From the minute we checked in I knew we found a great place. Our flight was delayed meaning we wouldn’t arrive until 1am, the lady at reception stayed on for us. We was brought breakfast every morning too which was great! Pool was great and not fighting over sunbeds! Also having access to the ice machine 24hr is a great idea. We travelled with a baby and they made everything easy, even a late check out! I have never stayed anywhere that lets you check out at that time so worth all the stars! Thanks

We had a wonderful time staying at Stefano's place for 10 days in August. Stefano is a great host - attentive, proactive and friendly. He gave us a lot of great recommendations for travels , restaurants, etc. The apartment is the best Airbnb place we've ever stayed in - VERY clean and comfortable, it has everything we needed during 10 days stay, everything works perfectly and there is literally nothing that was missed or that could be improved - everything is organized with attention to the details and the needs of travelers. Everything looks new and smells wonderful! We were also very happy about the location - it's very quite and peaceful, and at the same time very close to everything we wanted to visit. There are several amazing lakes within a short drive from Riva del Garda, charming towns and amazing scenic roads, trails and views to the north from Lake Garda, as well as on its shores. We highly recommend Stefano's property and we'd love to come back! Thank you, Stefano!

Nice apartment, great location, had a lovely time!

We (4 adults, 3 children) spent a great week in this lovingly converted farmhouse in the mountains! Luca and Corinna are extremely warm and helpful. They also had a great excursion tip which was very family friendly and had a stunning Tibetan bridge as a highlight! Have created a lot of great memories from this vacation:) Thank you very much!

Wonderful private place, with a large and private garden, and a great host. Would highly recommend it. Also, the house has been upgraded since the photos and it has an excellent WiFi. A perfect vacation house and a perfect vacation spot.

Everything was great and as described by Roberto. For us, the private fenced garden was great, so we could have ours. Let 3-year-old out in good conscience alone.

Amazing location. The view from the upstairs bedroom is unreal. And the hammock in the garden is a really nice touch and very relaxing

House set in a wonderful setting, surrounded by greenery and peace, among birds and goats. Idyllic! A few minutes from the lake, also reachable by bike through the bike path. Many nice walks nearby, the village of Bezzecca can be reached pleasantly on foot. Restaurants in a very characteristic area, many nice things to do and see. When you return to the little house and slowly approach you, it's truly a paradise for the eyes. Our little dog was wonderful too! Germana and Carlo are very kind, perfect communication.

Beautiful Depandance in a green area very close to Caldonazzo Lake. Lots of routes to do a maximum of 15 minutes drive. The owners were very kind, available to give information and present for anything. They also offered us delicious Canederli. The Depandance was very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need and even more. We'll definitely be back in the future.

We (family with one child) stayed four days in the fantastic apartment of Patrizia. The location, view and interior of the apartment are simply fabulous! Patrizia tops it all with her magical hospitality. The apartment is excellently equipped with unique furniture and chic details. The kitchen invites you to prepare a meal and enjoy at the bar or in the garden. The living room is cosy and everything here is well-equipped. TV & Hi-Fi - everything available. The sleeping area has a 1.60 m bed which brings great comfort. In addition, the mattress was really convenient. Our personal highlight is the terrace in the olive grove with views over Garda. It was just a perfect getaway on Lake Garda with great tips for restaurants and excursions from Patrizia.
