Artavazd's place was the perfect spot for our last week visiting LA! A short walk from the Glendale Galleria and Americana at Brand, so there are loads of eating and shopping options close-by. The kitchen is great for cooking, and the big TV and comfy couch make it a great place for staying in as well. Check-in and check-out were very easy (though self-check-in wasn't available), and Artavazd was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Every review is spot on! Miraculous place. Absolutely unbelievable view and so convenient . Don’t let the area downstairs discourage you upon arrival. IT’S WORTH IT!! Will absolutely book this place any and every time I have the opportunity to when visiting LA! Parking was simple and easy! $25 overnight, nice attendants. So glad that we stayed at JC’s place. Really close to the church, grocery stores and walkable streets to multiple coffee shops including the one on the first floor. Flawless communication and easy instructions for checkin and checkout. Clean and lovely place to stay!

the unit is well located right in between Hollywood and Sunset in a very nice brand new condo. Very easy access and parking available. Nice and clean. Easy stay.

Perfect location, next to a busy theater on a busy, safe street. Awesome hot tub and pool with excellent city views on roof - just wish we were there at a warmer time to be able to also go into the (unheated) pool. Clean, comfortable and sweet welcome snacks (especially appreciated by our seven year old daughter). Great place!!

Great place. Perfect for two people. It was walkable to all of the places we needed to be. My only complaint was that the vent in one of the bedrooms was loud and woke me up at times at night, but that might not both most people. I would rent from them again.

Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely home for our Disney getaway! From the moment we stepped in we felt at home. The game room was a hit for our group, with ping pong, basketball, and magnetic darts to keep our young adults entertained! The home was spotless with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the coffee and the snacks too. Would love to stay again!

This was great. Only thing is the coffee amenities and toaster are broken and weren’t working so breakfast had to be improvised. Otherwise everything was awesome.

We booked Jose’s home totally last minute and everything went as smooth as can be! The home was easy to find, a corner home with lots of street parking. It’s gated and not too close to the intersection so you can’t hear any local traffic. Super easy to get access and everything was clean, organized and nicely labeled. Everything is shown exactly like the photos. Some of the bunk beds were squeaky and the floors left my kids feet super dirty but everything else was spotless. We would definitely stay again! Thank you jose for being super responsive and friendly!

Jean and Ben’s place is beautifully curated, well designed, comfortable, clean, safe, easily accessible, and in a great neighborhood. By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Suited so perfectly for longer than a few days stays as it is proper lodging. Particularly for those interested in aesthetics and comfort. Highly recommend as I will definitely be returning next time in Los Angeles.

We stayed at Justin’s place during Thanksgiving Holidays. Justin was easy to communicate and very responsive. Instruction was very clear and it was as described by Justin. Most importantly, Justin and his team were so considerate. We brought our 2 puppies with us. Not only had they had the water bowls, dog pad and toys ready, there was an extra leash and harness for us. The zen garden was so peaceful and relaxing. We actually spent a full Friday afternoon just chilling out there. Our puppies didn’t not want to get into the car when we were ready to leave. Next time when we go back to LA, will definitely check if Justin place is available first.

One of the most stress free and pleasant stays in my experience with airbnb. The host is accommodating and flexible. Friendly and welcoming. Thoughtful and considerate communication. The place is super cozy and located in a wholesome and safe area. At the top of my list for the future visits💯🤍
