This beautiful Oakland Oasis was better than I imagined it would be! This place exceeded my expectations! Coming through the gate the first night, to a path of twinkling lights leading us to our adorable cabin took my breath away! It was the perfect location for peace and quiet right in the middle of Oakland. My only regret is that I didn’t spend more time on the property. We flew in from out of state to visit friends and spent a lot of time out and about. I definitely want to come back to spend more time hanging out in the backyard with the goats and chickens. My 13-year-old loved the backyard, the trampoline and the animals. The location was very walkable and within several blocks of many restaurants and shops. We rented a car and street parking was easily accessible. Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park was only an 8 minute drive away and we spent most mornings walking through the mountains enjoying the beautiful trees and views of San Francisco. Highly recommend this listing!

We love staying at Maria’s place. It is our second time staying there. It is the perfect place for us. It is beautiful, peaceful, perfectly appointed, convenient to where we like to go when we’re visiting. Maria is super helpful. If we need something she is available either in person or by phone or text. We feel so well taken care of when we are there.

Amy's place was wonderful - one of the few places we've ever stayed that was even better in person than in pictures. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The outdoor space was amazing, plenty of quiet spaces to lounge in the sun and walk around. The area was great as well, quiet but close to downtown, and Amy was a thoughtful and responsive host, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The one thing to note is that the Wi-fi could be unreliable - we both worked from the Airbnb, and made it work for the week, but something to note for future visitors. We'd definitely recommend this place and plan to come back next time we visit. Thank you Amy!

This was my third stay at Radhia’s cottage. The suite is comfortable, private and peaceful. It’s always clean and Radhia is always helpful and friendly. The location works well for me with my job in SF, to be able to come back to a peaceful and warm space. Thank you Radhia for being so welcoming and friendly!

If you need to stay in West Berkeley, this is a very convenient spot. The cottage is unusual and artistic. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs kitchen with loads of windows.

I had an absolutely tranquil and relaxing stay at this wonderful Airbnb! Nestled in a quiet suburb, it was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The garden was a true highlight, offering a peaceful space to unwind with its beautiful greenery and serene atmosphere. The neighborhood was calm, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Barbara was a wonderful hostess. Due to incoming winter weather at home, we had to adjust our stay at the last minute. Barbara was understanding and accommodating. She greeted us up on arrival and had personal touches for us as first-time grandparents. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful secluded area up in the hills. Very peaceful and quiet. Laurel is a very nice host! Lots of dishes to cook a meal, comfy bed. Lots of blankets and pillows. Lots of books and games for the kids. Lots of windows to enjoy the nature. But it was very cold and drafty. It’s an old structure and probably not very well insulated. Floor was very cold even in wool socks. Each room has a wall heater but it had to be set higher than we usually have to feel comfortable. There are lots of blankets. Small bathroom with a super tight shower, also was very cold.

Yao has a great unit to stay at! The whole apartment is well kept, clean & well updated. We would definitely stay again if needed. Communication, check in, and location were also very good.

The garden suite was very comfortable and the surroundings beautiful. The amenities were just as described. Mary Lee and David are gracious hosts and very responsive to any request.

This is a beautiful space to escape the city to! Gorgeous backyard and the bed was super comfy. It was close enough to walk to the downtown area easily; we didn't use our car the whole trip. Highly recommend! The jacuzzi tub is a nice touch after walking around in the sea air at night.

What a great stay this was! The casita was very comfortable. Bed was great. Kitchen was well-equipped. It was clean, private and quiet. Everything is up-to-date. The hosts were very responsive, including when I had a question in the evening after checking in. The neighborhood is great, too. Walkable to the train station and a variety of restaurants - both of which I did. Great for running. But it is also drivable, close to freeways, very accessible. In short, we loved it and look forward to the next opportunity to stay. Highly recommended!

This is our fourth stay at Creole Place. Both Susan and her husband Gerald are very accommodating, kind, and responsive in every way without ever interfering in any way. The quiet location is easily accessed plus it is a quick walk to Safeway, CVS, and shops and restaurants at Red Hill Shopping Center. Our grandson has stayed with us and loves visiting. There is a beautiful very large screen TV with multiple kid friendly programs. A park with a ball diamond and playground, and a nice hill for exploration are both close by. Nice restaurants close by, but I really also enjoy cooking in the lovely kitchen. We celebrated Christmas** here with our family, and have made reservations to return to Creole Cottage in late April. **We were not able to find Christmas wrapping paper (last minute gifts) and the stores were SOLD OUT. I ran into Susan and mentioned going back to get bags when I really wanted/needed paper. She was there in 5 minutes with her wrapping paper.♥️

I absolutely enjoyed my short time at her guest house. The place had a lot of breathing room and was exactly as pictured. My privacy was 100% respected during the whole trip. I even ran into her while I was getting my uber eats, and she was extremely friendly and outgoing — she asked me if there was anything else she could do for me. She was always easy to reach over text and willing to work with me during my flight delays. Overall, I highly recommend her Airbnb. Very inexpensive and just an overall amazing experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Christina’s place. The view was amazing and it was great to be away from the city centre. Great value for 2 bedrooms and nice to have full kitchen.

The room was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe, and very close to the beach and other attractions. Would return!

It’s like a Cape Cod bungalow. Cozy and comfortable. Located in a great neighborhood, walkable to downtown Morgan Hill, this newly renovated cottage is well appointed and immaculately maintained. Our host, Betsey, is very kind and accommodating. She is accessible when needed, but is not intrusive to her guests. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough but hesitate to do so in hopes of keeping it all to ourselves. You will not be disappointed with both the cottage and its amazing host, Betsey

Helen's place is roomy with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. The dishwasher and washer/dryer provided added convenience. The location is just off busy Woodside Road with a Safeway market about 5 minutes away on foot.

Great host, very quick to respond the place was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay there and will be definitely looking forward to staying here in the future as well five stars highly recommended!

The backyard was beautiful. They had a wonderful dog and my dog liked the stay as well. All of extra amenities provided which was really nice. Space was bigger than expected and very peaceful. Mattress was as comfortable as put on description!Will definitely consider the stay again.

We chose this stay to host guests over the holidays and it had everything we could’ve needed. The kitchen was functional for cooking breakfast and the rooms were very private and had their own bathrooms. Xing Tian was very helpful when we needed an extra gate key, and when we had any questions. We’ll definitely be coming back!
