Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Recently renovated, restored original wood paneling , new kitchen and bathroom. We are a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach and Pacific Ocean. We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

A sweet little blue cottage by the sea, our guest house is a stand-alone studio with a shared garden about 200 ft from the main beach in Bolinas. You can put your wetsuit on in the house, pop down to the beach for a surf, and shower off in the outdoor shower in the garden. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen tv, hi-speed internet, and a wood-burning stove. We live on the property with our young children and dog so are nearby in case you need anything you need during your stay.

Beautiful beach bungalow in Stinson Beach Village sits at the base of Mt Tamalpais. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local store. Great hiking trails, Mat Davis Trail, Bolinas, a beautiful drive to Point Reyes and Tomales Bay Oyster Farm. A Day trip to Muir Woods National Park is a must. Far enough out of town to avoid the crowds but close enough for a 10+ minute walk to the quaint village. Great volume and light throughout the home with beautiful finishes. Chef's kitchen, linear gas fireplace. Large deck off main living area with dining table and Hot Tub at pebbled patio. Garage/spillover room provides queen sofa bed, added flat screen TV, games, laundry. Parking for 3 cars.

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil. Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
