I wish we would’ve stayed at their place the entire time we were in San Cristobal. It was clean spacious had a kitchen, large refrigerator and the location couldn’t have been better. The outside patio was amazing and our host were the best host ever! If you get a chance to stay, I’d stay. It’s not the Ritz, but who needs the Ritz when you’re in paradise? It’s three floors up. It’s good exercise that’s how I look at it but if you have a problem with walking or climbing stairs, get a first floor place to stay.

The place was very clean with comfortable beds. WiFi was a bit spotty but we had issues with this on all the islands. Gonzalo was a great host and was always responsive. The person who greeted us at the house gave us plenty of recommendations and ensured we didn’t have any questions on where to find anything in the home. Everything is within walkable distance but I recommend taking a quick $2 taxi to La Lobería beach. Gonzalo also helped with booking tours at great prices. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Beautiful location with dogs, chickens, a cat and lots of flowers, a gorgeous 20 min walk from the centre of town. I loved living in a tiny rural village and the hosts were kind and accommodating.

Wonderful location on San Cristobal! We loved relaxing in the hammocks on the front porch, watching the action in the harbor, and listening to the sea lions. There are a couple of rocks across the street where the Blue Footed Boobies like to perch, so we loved going to observe them up close. The sea lion colony is right there, it was so much fun watching the families - mothers and nursing babies, sea lions playing with each other. We could actually see the house across the harbor from the pier when we got off the ferry, and we walked right to it. On our last day we walked a half mile to the airport. We also walked to Playa Loberia which was about 2 miles each way. The snorkeling there was amazing - we swam with sea turtles and all kinds of fish. The house was great - the 3 bedrooms had great air conditioners for sleeping at night. Our stay was wonderful and we'd love to go back!

Friendly and welcoming host, easy check in and great location

Armando is always ready to answer our questions and needs. 👏 One clarification: the air conditioning is only in one of the two bedrooms (March 2025). The apartment is large, new, with a beautiful covered balcony, equipped with two hammock chairs as well as two long hammocks. There's also a large clothesline at the back of the balcony. A gallon of cold water is available in the apartment. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Tania's for one night and it was great for my needs. The rental is well located, and everything is accessible. The bakery and store downstairs open early for any requirements. All main restaurants are just a few blocks away. The unit is up a few flights of stairs which keeps bugs out of the unit. The portable a/c is an evaporative cooler, so be advised if you are sensitive to heat. Tania is a great host who was always quick with a reply to any question I had. Check in was easy and the unit is practical for a short stay. I would stay again, Thank you Tania!!

David’s place is wonderful! Modern and spacious, wonderful view, comfortable beds, really clean . It’s located across the street from playa Mann, which is our favorite beach. 7 minutes walk to the center of SanCristobal, which is really loud, so being near playa Mann was perfect for sleeping well and enjoying a peaceful vacation. David is a real super host, kind and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is very good!! we LOVED our stay.highly recommend this Airbnb!

Ana was an amazing host! She greeted us upon arrival and took the time to walk us through everything in the apartment, making us feel right at home. When the electricity went out, she went above and beyond by providing us with extra lights—a truly thoughtful gesture! The apartment itself was fantastic, fully equipped with everything we needed, and its close proximity to the city center made exploring super convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great place to stay and a super helpful host

The location is simply perfect, close to everything and with a spectacular ocean view. From the balcony you can see an incredible sunset and all the waves of the main surf spots, a dream if you like the sea. Joshua was very helpful, he organized my 360 tour, the ferries and also the tours in Isabela and Santa Cruz. They were all amazing! The place was impeccably clean and the kitchen was super well-equipped, with everything you need for comfortable cooking. In addition, they have free snorkeling equipment for guests, which was a huge plus to explore the island at no extra cost. It had everything I needed for a perfect stay. I would definitely come back!

Perfect location and quick response from host

This place was just perfect for us. It was clean, great location and had a view out the bedroom window of the water. Maria was very kind and accommodating and met us when we arrived to show us the apartment and amenities which we really appreciated. We had a little difficulty telling the taxi driver how to get there because when we arrived at the airport we did not have connection to the airbnb app, so I recommend taking screen shots of the address and location before you arrive at the airport. The apartment has some great amenities including washer/dryer, keyless entry (so you don't have to carry around a key), great air conditioner, games, first aid kit and the best was having a water filtration system. It is located on the top floor and you need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, so if you have difficulty with stairs this may be a challenge, but it was fine for us. Me and my wife loved our stay here and would highly recommend Maria's place to others.

SUPER HOST. We have a nice experience. he answers us immediately of any doubt, and gives us many recommendations of walks and tours. very friendly Don Jose Luis. the suite has a great location, close to everything, there are shops, panateria, restaurant and close to the seawall. it is super big and spacious the suite, we are 5 people and the children run from all sides. Many thanks to Jose Luis, super nice the suite, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This apartment is a great place to base yourself in San Cristobal if you're travelling solo or as a couple. It's modern, clean, super close to the main pier and has pretty much everything you need including Netflix on the TV. It's on the 2nd floor of an apartment block with a digital code entry system and a key for the main entrance. There only a couple of apartments in the block so it's quite quiet. The laundry facilities and veranda are on the 3rd floor. Next to the apartment block are several decent restaurants, a cheap bakery and an artisan bakery (both good) and some mini marts and pharmacies. It's excellent value for money but the hosts don't speak much English so the induction is basically how to operate your apartment door. Most things are easy to figure out so you don't really need the full intro and the host is quick at responding on the platform if you do need anything. All in all great value for money.

Pepos place had all the amenities we needed for making breakfast in the morning. And lots of fresh water provided. The bathroom was clean. I love that pepos place was close to Playa Mann and Tijeretas area, providing tons of activities. And plenty of restaurants surrounding.

Yolanda’s apartment was a lovely little home away from home for the 10 days we stayed there. The location itself was just a 5 minute walk from the pier, there are a few mini mercados and a panadería close by, and there was no loud music or bars at night time so we slept really well too. The air conditioning units in the main bedroom and in the lounge room were fantastic. We didn’t use the second bedroom but I think it would also be a good temperature to sleep in because it was close to the lounge room aircon. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed being able to cook. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay. Full apartment equipped for two people. Spacious, clean, illuminated, furniture and bed is good condition, very comfortable! The place is in residential, not touristy sector, 10 minutes from the pier on foot. The area is quite safe
