100% recommended! The apartment is very spacious, clean, and in perfect condition. Very close to everything, and Mayra's attention is great.

Fantastic place to explore the town. Most places are within walking distance, and if not only $1.50 USD to get around. Plus, it was close to our favourite bar at Al Mar - A great first place to visit for happy hour cocktails, incredible view and our first sightings of marine iguanas and sea lions!

Jennifer was an awesome host for us, making recommendations for the family trip as well as booking us our taxis and ferries. The place itself also had everything you need, good AC, beddings, water, etc.. She is extremely responsive and I would recommend her place to anyone on Santa Cruz!

First off Celso and staff were amazing, responsive and always available to help if needed. The home itself was gorgeous with the most amazing view of the island and the docks. It was in a great location making walking in any direction so easy. My favorite was the hammock on the first deck and the sunrise I watched from the second deck each morning. We were two women traveling alone ( we are cooworkers in the wedding industry looking for new destinations for our clients) and we felt so at home and so comfortable in our surroundings. We picked the Galapagos Islands becasue of its beauty, abundance of activities, as well as the relaxation and the vibe. When we got there we fell in love with the people, the animals, the landscape and the OCEAN. We our currently planning to return again this year as it was one of the best places I have traveled to and as a travel agent, I have been around a bit. LOVE LOVE THESE ISLANDS highly recommended.

Excellent apartment, nice, safe, very comfortable, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would stay again!

Ronal was great and super responsive. His mother (who lived next door) was amazing! Answers questions and did our laundry for really affordable. Held our bags for a couple days when we went to another island after check out. Just really lovely and it was like having a Mom nearby ( nicer one than my own. lol) They have starlink which worked pretty well for work video calls. It works best upstairs which is where the desks are anyway. ACs worked great. The kitchen had what we needed. There is a small grocery store nearby. The location is a little out from downtown. About 25-30 minute walk. But taxis are only $1.50. As others have mentioned, there is construction next door but they are really respectful and it never bothered our work and they never worked super early or late. We would definitely recommend.

Great apartment in a quit neighborhood. The main streets with lots of restaurants and shops only around 8 minutes away by foot. Quit environment and great apartment where we could feel at home. Would fully recommend this apt for everyone who wants to stay in a relaxed neighborhood but still close enough to shops and restaurants.

Dock house was a fantastic place. The location, accommodations, and support were great. HOWEVER, IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING HERE IN FEBRUARY, MARCH OR APRIL 2025, THINK AGAIN. There is hotel construction Immediately next door, and is is LOUD. AND I MEAN LOUD. Jack hammers and stone cutters much of the day. Ask if the construction is still going on. If not, stay here. If it is, book something else. Milton, the manager of the house was great, and he tried to make it better, but my advice is stay elsewhere if the construction is not complete, and stay here if it's all done.

The apartment is impeccable, very comfortable and well-equipped. Well located, a few blocks from downtown. Edwin's service was excellent. Highly recommended and affordable.
