The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

My friends and I have stayed at Chris’ house multiple times for long weekend trips. The house is always clean and comfortable. The house has a pool which is really nice during the summer. Cris has always been friendly to me and is very responsive.

This is our 2nd stay at this Airbnb and we Love it! It’s very clean extremely spacious with bedrooms upstairs and the couches downstairs are big enough to sleep at as well. This place is so peaceful and quiet. Loved drinking my coffee from the balcony upstairs overseeing the beautiful scenery. The back porch has a very nice setup as well with a bbq pit and plenty of space to sit around relax and enjoy. Mrs. Jessica the host is excellent, very friendly and attentive to all our needs as well as recommending place to go to. I Highly recommend this place and give it a five-star rating.

When arriving the place was very clean we had a few water bottles, everything for the kitchen from utensils to dish soap. Beds had covers. Bathrooms had everything as well from hot running water to toilet paper, shampoos body soap. Place was nice for the family of five that we have. Would definitely go back for another stay.

This was the 2nd time we rented this house when visiting family in Texas. The house is clean and very comfortable with lots of space for a large family. The kids had a great time in the pool and I loved sitting outside on the patio in the morning having my coffee. We will definitely try renting it again next year. This place was next level luxury. I’ve always wondered what Rancho Viejo was like growing up. We’d pass by every time we’d go to Brownsville for the holidays to see our family in the valley. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Luxurious inside the home all the way throughout. Plenty of linens, kitchen ware, and cleaning supplies incase you need to clean up. Cozy beds a d dual zone hvac systems. Came into town for a family wedding and was able to stay in a beautiful home for the same price of a nice hotel. Will be staying here again for future visits. Thank you
