Clean and lovely accomodation in the middle of everything and in the middle of green parks and other lovely mansions. Short distance to cafes, restaurants, children palyground, modern art museum and beach. Also the hostess Kitty super flexible and toughtful. Great experience.

Great apartment with a great view!

The apartment is super nice and you really can feel like home in it. We spend a wonderful week there. The area felt secure and people are very friendly. Supermarket in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for about two months while exploring Estonia and working remotely, and Fred’s place was set up well for that. We chose this spot for the quiet from people and city noises, and we got exactly that. All you can hear was birds chirping and the wind! Lots of wildlife, far from neighbors. The grounds were beautiful and the house was spacious and comfortable. Fred’s place has everything you need for a long stay (kitchenware, appliances, washer AND dryer) and lots of space and dishware for a larger group. (There’s limited hot water and one shower, which could be tricky for groups.) AC was such a lifesaver during warmer summer days, and we loved the nearby town of Viljandi. The provided bikes are a huge plus! Fred was very responsive with questions and helping. We had an internet issue, and he got it fixed in just a couple hours after he knew about it. The only issue we encountered was aggressive mosquitoes and horse flies due to location, so bring bug spray!

Alar's apartment was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, independent, we could store our bikes in the garden, an outdoor space in the garden for breakfast and lunch, in short; a pearl in Pärnu. We totally recommend this accommodation.

Extra cozy tree house! Which was equipped with everything modern and clean. Even got to heat the furnace and enjoy the childhood room waiter. Of course, there's also an air source heat pump that makes a nice warm one. Accommodation is specialty retro! I recommend!

Great weekend in historical villa right in the middle of Pärnu.
