Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

Great location, great location very close to the center ( 10min walk ). But without a driver at the beginning, it can be difficult to get to this place on its own, because the access road ends at the bridge from which you can't see the cottage yet, you should walk about 150m along the path along the river. Everything you need, clean, warm . We were greeted by the parents of the hosts, who were hard to get along with, and we needed a phone call to the host. It's worth noting that there's someone in the cottage all the time, so it's not completely exclusive, which is not a problem because hosts don't bother in any way. I recommend!

Peaceful Stay in a Cozy Cottage I recently stayed in a charming cottage for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The surrounding area was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and ensured everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a highlight. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

Avto's cottage is just amazing. If you'd like to ski, it has a great location as you need less than 3 minutes to get to Hatsvali lift. My friend and I went to the top and enjoyed great views of beautiful mountains, including Ushba from there. The cottage also has great views of Mestia, especially at night. It was clean and had everything you may need during your stay, the kitchen is fully equipped and it has a cozy living room to hang out after skiing all day. Avto is a great host and answered all our questions promptly. He also gave us good tips about where to eat in Mestia or how to get around in the area. I am looking forward to going back to this amazing place.

Great cabin. Our second time staying here. Will return again if we have the opportunity. Ketevan and her family are very responsive and the cabin is cute and well equipped.

We had an amazing stay at this house! We were a group of six friends and had plenty of space, as the house comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our ski trip in Mestia. The fireplace added a warm and inviting touch after long days on the slopes. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even welcoming us for a late-night check-in, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended for anyone visiting Mestia!
