The host was very kind to us, helped us a great deal, and we loved her. She was so joyful and it spread to all of us. And she is an amazing cook! This was one of the best stays we have ever had. The place was spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. We recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

The location is perfect—close to all the attractions yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that offers a true sense of tranquility. We loved waking up to the serene surroundings and enjoying our morning coffee on the lovely patio. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing us with local tips and even some delightful homemade treats. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this experience apart. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and are already planning our return visit. This place was absolutely beautiful. The hosts are really kind, we did not speak the same language but could still find a way to understand other through kindness. Amazing homemade breakfast, we enjoyed it in the garden outside and it was perfect! Would recommend if you are in the area.

Very neat and clean facility with private parking, equipped with modern amenities, rich in hospitality and very responsive, nicely located near the main city area of Kutaisi, found many tourists attractions nearby. would recommend to anyone visiting Kutaisi.

Lali is a great host very kind and helpful. She made my stay as comfortable as possible. Also the apartment is only a short walking distance from the city centre. Perfect place for a solo visitor or a couple. Highly recommended!

One of the best experiences in 3 years in Georgia. Cozy, comfortable and warm 120 yo traditional georgian house. Friendly host showed his little winery to us. Dinner with his own home wine was 10/10. Very tasty. Highly recommended!
