The rooms are divided: open space with living room/kitchen with armchairs and a movie theater with TV and a sound and a sorround sound with a sofa bed and a desk to work comfortably; bathroom with washing machine and shower; conditioned bedroom. Large enclosed outdoor courtyard with dog kennel. A few meters away is the 120 tree park with games and dog area. The location is strategic 7 km from the sea and 20 from the mountain, 1 km from Pescara airport and 3 km from the highway. Animals ok.

Nice studio apartment in the center of Francavilla al Mare. Located a stone's throw from the sea and from the rail station, near to Piazza Sirena and the church of Santa Liberata, it is excellent for summer holidays in Abruzzo. The studio apartment is equipped with all comforts and can accommodate up to a maximum of four people, It has a French double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Very close to the studio (less than 50 m) there is a large free car park.

Horse and bike rides along the Nora River Horse and Bike Tours. Interesting is the visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture.

My apartment is located at the gates of the historical center of Sulmona, close to the municipal gardens. Despite being a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car under the gate and it is easy to find car, both for a fee and free. The accommodation is on a single level, on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, renovated and consolidated in 2015. It has a magnificent view overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.
