Comfortable, cozy home located in the heart of Sámara. Very well maintained with plenty of amenities. Your walk is only a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s secure, situated on a quiet residential street. The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. This apartment is located in the small and unique town of Islita. It is very private and secluded. It is located on the back of the property under our house. It has views of the river and forest. The river flows June to Dec. and is a major bonus! It is a 3 min. drive to the tranquillo Islita beach. The space is newly built and is clean, comfortable, safe and organized. You have all the necessities for your stay. Coffee, stove, towels, bedding, and we have reliable internet & TV.
