We had a lovely and peaceful stay in this unique home. Really enjoyed the space. Gerardo the caretaker was lovely and very helpful. Ate several times at his family restaurant! Is quite a quiet area so was helpful when Joseph helped us hire a car to explore the area.

This home was truly magical and unique. Soraya was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Always responded and kept us in the loop. Alejandro & Janet went above and beyond for us. The windows do have gaps, and insects will get in. However it wasn’t a big deal. Yes, a 4x4 is ideal unless you have a quad or motorcycle. We saw howler monkeys many times. If you get a chance to experience this home, get on it!

We had a lovely 10 night stay here in the quiet and beautiful area. Wonderfully kept place with amazing hand-made wooden furniture. If you enjoy having a morning smoothie, the blender works great and the local grocery store has many options for frozen fruit or vegetables. Lucy and her husband were very attentive and we appreciated their communication. We highly recommend the use of an ATV for this home and surrounding areas. We loved being able to use the surf rack and found it easy to navigate around town. Taking a day trip to Montezuma from this home is easy and we enjoyed the flexibility we had with the ATV. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to all looking for a beautiful and private place to call home for a short or long time!

We loved the property. The house is beautiful and had a great view. It was very clean, kitchen was fully equipped. There are some local fruit trees planted in the property - it was nice to see them. The kids loved it. View of the sunset in the bedroom was perfect. Check in was very smooth. We thought the house was closer to Playa Avellanas, but it was like a 25 mins driving distance. We got to the property at night, the GPS did not take us the lot, so it took us good 30 mins to find where the property was. Not a big deal, but just something to consider.

Great location. Easily walkable to the beach. You definitely want either a 4x4 or an ATV to drive around Pelada. But the house is perfect. The hosts were amazing and helpful. They lent our kids boogie boards and gave us some great suggestion. 10 out of 10.

Very large and beautiful house! Great pool and lots of space! Quiet and close to the beach (2 minutes drive). Near restaurants that were delicious.

If I could rent this house long term I would move here and do it immediately. The space was so comfortable and inviting, and the location was unbeatable. I will definitely be back

Wonderful home in Nosara! We had a first trip to Nosara and Federico's home was perfect. Fully stocked, in a beautiful setting and just a quick drive to restaurants, the beach and market. Federico was so communicative, helpful and kind. We would love to come back and stay again! Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful spacious home, exactly as pictured, easily walkable to all the restaurants and beach in just 20mins! We absolutely loved our time here. Scott and Cally were great hosts, always quick to respond and flexible with checkin and checkout. Pool was perfect place for kids to play, plenty of outdoor seating spaces as well. House is brand new, well decorated and easy to settle in to. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

We booked Casa Bella Tortuga in part because it was close to other accommodations where members of our extended family group were staying, could accommodate multiple families in the same home, and had access to to the beach. Casa Bella Tortuga more than met our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a large group. The number and distribution of bathrooms met our needs, as did the multiple gathering spaces, and the pool and laundry room. Our hosts were extremely helpful before and throughout our stay.

Great location, great wifi, great plants

We were so blessed to stay with Anne-Laure at Casa Buho; it was an amazing space with breathtaking views. So peaceful and full of of life… pura vida! It felt like staying in a large treehouse at the top of a jungle teeming with life… so healing and relaxing.☺️ Anne-Laure was an exceptional host… very friendly and communicative; she is super sweet and responsive. She was always available to answer any questions we had and was happy to assist us in any way to make our stay more enjoyable. A wonderful time was had by all… so grateful for our time at asada Buho! 🙏🏻🥰💗

Airbnb Review: A Dream Stay in Costa Rica We recently stayed at Brenda’s beautiful Airbnb in Costa Rica, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, Brenda made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us arrange transportation to explore the areas we wanted to tour (a paid service, but so worth it for the convenience). The property itself was a slice of paradise. The home is private and well-maintained, complete with a stunning waterfall pool that was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. The surrounding jungle views are breathtaking—you feel completely immersed in the natural beauty of this incredible country. We loved it so much that we even found ourselves discussing the possibility of living here permanently. It is a very nice place, very nice stay; the house is just as seen in the pictures and the land is quite large as well as the pool. The beach that is 5 minutes away from the house is really beautiful; great communication with the host too.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences. We booked it the same day we arrived and Priscila was very proactive to make sure everything was in place for us. The apartment is amazing, well furnished, air conditioned, super clean and very cute. The terrace was very convenient and enjoyable during the long periods of rain we had. I will definitely come back to Casa Canela if I come back to Santa Teresa, this place is 5 stars all around!

Very nice place and very good and easy communication. Got help to arrange different things and it was just perfect. The house is not brand new you can see that it has been in use for some time, which can have a charm if you are into it and don’t expect it to be brand new. Thanks for everything we really enjoyed our stay!! The view is just AMAZING!

My husband and I stayed here a couple nights and thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in nature! The jungle surrounding our bus was breathtaking, great for exploring. We heard howler monkeys both morning and evening, which was really cool. Our flight got in late in the day so we knew we would be dealing with a challenge due to arriving after dark, but we had a screenshot of Sebastian’s directions, and also a few signs along the way indicating the Lot #s, which really helped. Communication was great the whole way. Highly recommend!

Amazing location / space. The construction outside was a lot to deal with but I guess it was in the description. The highlight was the host / concierge. They were the best I had in all my travels. They set up flights, answered questions and were Fabulous!

Beautiful property, stunning sea view, very calm and relaxing

We loved our 4 night stay at Blue’s place in Hermosa as part of a surf/family trip. It’s a short, easy walk to the best beach in the area for surfing of all levels. You can walk to the market, a soda, a pizza place and do delicious cafes. Hermosa is generally a laid-back and quiet town compared to Santa Teresa, but Santa Teresa is a quick drive away if you’re looking for more to do. The apartment was super nice and we felt right at home. Nice shared living space and rooms as well as a kitchen well set up for cooking. Also, look for the birds and monkeys from the balcony in the trees nearby. Blue is really nice and communicative. We had some delays getting into the peninsula and he waited up for us to make sure we got in okay.
