we enjoyed our stay. Jessica was helpful in answering any questions. if you love the outdoors. go for it. also go by the country club and enjoy yourself as non members are welcome. oh....Sammy's at rayburn resort has music bingo on Wednesday nights...6pm sharp. get there early.

Beautiful place with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the covered parking! Host was very responsive and had easy instructions for our stay.

We had such a lovely time at Anne's lake house. The photos didn't do it justice. The view was gorgeous and the home was beautifully decorated and spotless. We had a couple of changes of plans (reducing our stay by a night and asking to check in early) and Anne was incredibly responsive and had no issues with any of our requests. The home is peaceful and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked. Anne provided bottles of water in the fridge and has the cutest coffee bar in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with clean linens and the bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the fire pit. Check in and check out were a breeze. Will definitely return!

I had family visiting from Florida and we stayed at the Vacation Farmhouse. It's a beautiful home and we absolutely loved staying there. I highly recommend this rental for large groups. There is plenty of room for everyone. I live here locally so I'm hoping to rent it again this summer so we can enjoy the pool!

Lisa always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you need anything she right there to get it. Everything is neat and clean and ready to welcome you. Can't wait for our next trip there.

We love this place so much we’ve stayed here twice, and honestly now that our girls have graduated from SFA we are sad that we might not have a reason to rent it again. It’s perfect and so beautifully appointed, and Rebekah is always a great and responsive hostess. We’ve loved The Walker House every time we’ve stayed, and it made both graduation weekends perfect for us and our family.

Our stay was amazing! The house and location was just what we needed. We were able to walk down and swim and use our kayaks. The kitchen has everything you need when you’re preparing your meals. The house is very spacious. Relaxing on the back porch was my favorite spot. We will definitely be planning another stay soon enough.

We started out realising I’d mistakenly not requested the day prior and Chel worked with us and went out of her way to clean the home and let us come a day early. There was plenty of room, dishes, blankets and the bonus of coffee already there. We had a lovely stay.

We were in town for our nephew’s graduation and found this perfect place to stay with everything we needed for our family. Beds were so comfy and the home was nice and cool, a welcomed arrival to get out of the Texas heat. We will definitely book again for a future visit. This is a cute and very clean little place to stay! It was remodeled and the touches were flawless including the shiplap and updated bathroom. Would highly recommend this place!

We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have family that lives near by his air bnb and plan to return for our annual trips. Thankyou so much for a great space!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room to accommodate an extended family visit. With 3 beds and individual bathrooms. Spacious and rustic. Beautiful outside area with lots of seating, lighting and fire pit, ping pong and other outdoor games. Such a good space and value for the price. Host very helpful and responsive. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay! The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had plenty of supplies in case you forgot anything. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. I was worried about the hwy street noise at night, but there was a sound machine provided and it helped! The only info I want to pass on is that the ceilings are very low and I didn't notice that in the pictures. My son is 6' 6" and he was eye level with the fans. That isn't a problem for most of the population but something to be aware of if you are tall.

Great place to stay. Third year of staying here at Christmas. It is always clean and in a great location for all of us. Would highly recomend it. Will be back next year.
