Beautiful place with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the covered parking! Host was very responsive and had easy instructions for our stay.

The place was beautiful, peaceful and we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The house itself was amazing with everything and more that you would need in the kitchen as well as outdoors. Anne is a wonderful host, our family went to celebrate my and our sons birthday and was greeted with a lovely letter and toy for our sons birthday as well as some treats to make us feel right at home. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon!

I had family visiting from Florida and we stayed at the Vacation Farmhouse. It's a beautiful home and we absolutely loved staying there. I highly recommend this rental for large groups. There is plenty of room for everyone. I live here locally so I'm hoping to rent it again this summer so we can enjoy the pool!

Lisa always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you need anything she right there to get it. Everything is neat and clean and ready to welcome you. Can't wait for our next trip there.

Blake and Jessica's place worked out perfectly for our stay.. Enough room to park two trucks and boats, ample outlets outside for charging in the evening. We had a pile of rain while we were there and found the soft spot in the driveway, but just avoided that one little area. If you are planning to work from the house the wifi is a little slow. Overall, a GREAT place to stay, very clean, awesome grill to cook on, very secluded yet close to everything! Thank you so much for having us! When we are back in the area if this place is available we would definitely book again!

Our stay was great! The house was very clean and even though it was cold when we went we had so much fun coming back to visit Nacogdoches.

This place was amazing. We saw deer on the property everyday, caught fish at the lake, and really enjoyed all of the things they had to do on the property. Beautiful place.

Amber is a great host. She’s very responsive and helpful. The house looks as nice as the pictures shown. They have all kinds of board games for kids and adults. Also, they have a kayak, tubes and a water pad for the water in the back yard. The kids had a blast with them. I would definitely book this place again. I would recommend this place to any small/large groups.

Our stay was amazing! The house and location was just what we needed. We were able to walk down and swim and use our kayaks. The kitchen has everything you need when you’re preparing your meals. The house is very spacious. Relaxing on the back porch was my favorite spot. We will definitely be planning another stay soon enough.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice house. It had extra toiletries and covers which was really nice to have. The beds were comfortable and we loved the sound machines in each room.

We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have family that lives near by his air bnb and plan to return for our annual trips. Thankyou so much for a great space!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room to accommodate an extended family visit. With 3 beds and individual bathrooms. Spacious and rustic. Beautiful outside area with lots of seating, lighting and fire pit, ping pong and other outdoor games. Such a good space and value for the price. Host very helpful and responsive. Would definitely return.

We were looking for a quiet place tucked off the busy part of Nac and this was perfect- peaceful but still a quick drive from everywhere we wanted to go in town. Clean, cozy place and friendly/responsive host as well, thanks so much!

Comfy and cozy home. Felt just like home for us with a lovely quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would 100% stay again!

This house was perfect! We rented it for our family for Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. We have 11 in our family (though two didn’t stay the night) and everyone was comfortable. The only room we didn’t use much was the formal sitting room, only because we didn’t want the kiddos on the nice furniture. The couch in the den was super comfortable to hang out on. The kitchen was well stocked. We brought some of our own things for Christmas dinner but it was mostly unnecessary. The kitchen is well stocked with Pyrex dishes, a food processor, and other things needed to cook for a large group. The double oven’s were perfect, though took some getting used to. Jim and Ashley were very communicative and so helpful. They decorated for Christmas and made us feel at home. The house is a 15 minute walk to downtown in one direction and 15 minute walk to SFA in the other direction. We felt quite safe walking to the brewery at night. The neighborhood is safe and well-lit.

Great place to stay with everything we needed. Sonya was a great host and we look forward to being able to come back.
