Exclusive equipped apartment with two bedrooms, each bedroom with bath/shower/WC. A washer/dryer is available in a bath. Modern and well equipped kitchen, large, cozy dining area and living area with balcony from which you have a wonderful view of the opposite mountains. The spacious apartment is located in the center of Westendorf, so that all restaurants, shops ,swimming pool, golf course and cable car/lifts ( In winter: ski in - ski out ) are easily accessible. Opened since 2013, the golf course is 20 minutes walk from the apartment. 10 more golf courses are available in the region. The tennis court is 2 minutes from the apartment. Westdorf is an ideal place for hikers, mountain bikes and paragliding. In the period from April to November can be checked in on any day.

Lovingly furnished apartment in the heart of Priens. Everything is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, shops, Chiemsee, bike paths, hiking trails, playground, cinema, train station (Munich, Salzburg, Rosenheim, Berchtesgadener Land). The apartment is also a great starting point for excursions of all kinds. Optimal by train or bike, cycling space in front of the house, or basement compartment (2R). Bicycle rental nearby The rooms are 2 separate rooms, in none is the kitchen integrated. It is small & extra.

The apartment Seekitz is our apartment directly on the lake (350 m). Just outside the door, a variety of restaurants (Italians, Bavarian, Steakhouse, Burger and Co) awaits you, as well as the opportunity to walk on the shore path, to inquire by bike around the lake or area, as well as the climbing forest or the possibility to go by electric boat on the lake itself. (NO boat license required!) Bike cellar and underground parking space in the house.

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. Enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a mountain paradise.
