House vacation rentals in Salvador Metropolitan Area

We were delighted with the house and its location. Very well planned, overcomes the description of the photos, offering indescribable visuals of the sea and dunes. Located in a well-structured condominium, the house meets the needs of the guests well, offering comfort and ample living areas. The suites are spacious and with wonderful sea views. The village lacks better infrastructure, with very few options of restaurants. It also does not offer bicycle or quad bike rentals, requiring a car for travel. For those who seek peace and rest or harmonious coexistence with friends and family, this place is ideal. A true paradise located in one of the best Brazilian coastlines!

A house worth staying at. Quiet and safe condominium, very close to the village where there are shops and restaurants, less than a 3-minute walk. Market and pharmacy in front of the condominium. The house is 400 meters from the beach, but access is flat, shaded and pleasant. I was with my little dogs and two elderly people, one with mobility issues, and yet it was quite easy to access the beach. The house has a great employee, Luciana, who gives great tips on the area. We hired Luciana separately to cook, and it was great. Good food, organized, proactive and punctual. The pool was not heated, but the temperature was pleasant. Eduardo's space is good for pets, as it is fenced and there is nothing that poses a risk to dogs. My dogs loved it and enjoyed it, We had a problem with hot water for bathing, which took a while to resolve, but in the end everything worked out and it didn't affect our stay. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Our experience at Edson's house was amazing! From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, making everything easier. The house is just like in the ad, comfortable and very well cared for. We enjoy every moment and undoubtedly want to go back.

We had incredible days at Thiago's house. Pena have been a few days. The house is exactly like in the pictures, extremely cozy. I was able to celebrate my birthday with family members in a wonderful location.

The house description is exactly as the house is, there were no surprises. The host was always available as well as the staff of the house. We were with two seniors and the accommodations were excellent for them. We just need to take our own anti-slip mat to the shower area, but nothing that is a problem. The house has absolutely everything necessary for a complete stay, from games for adults and children to more specific kitchen utensils, such as a shaker. The barbecue area is excellent and complete. The wonderful pool and the rooms are cozy, all with air conditioning and Blackout curtain. The house is spacious and the rooms well distributed. We only have compliments. Negative points: we did not find any negative points. I recommend it to everyone! We chose the best home, with an excellent hostess, with an extremely friendly staff and requests.

Quiet place, easy to get to and close to the beach (you can walk). The house is quite spacious and was organized, had all the utensils we needed, clean and comfortable bed linens. Communication with Thais was super smooth, without delay, and she gave very useful instructions and tips!

The condominium is excellent, very quiet and safe. By day, you wake up to the noise of the birds, it is impossible not to relax in this paradise. The leisure area of the condominium is well equipped with a swimming pool, courts and gym. We miss only the club's cafeteria that was not working during the week.

Our stay at Christine's was wonderful. The house is even better than the pictures. Furniture, environments, bed and bath linens, decoration: all of quality and good taste. The staff members who were recommended to us, Nilda and Regina, were excellent: kind and proactive. Christine responds promptly with kindness and accuracy. The condominium is quiet, private and safe. The beach that serves the condominium is practically private and is located at a very beautiful point on the waterfront. It makes you not want to leave. We'll be back for sure!

The house is a dream, I went to spend a holiday with 18 other friends and it certainly exceeded everyone's expectations. The view from the house is beautiful, everything is very clean and organized, the caretaker is super helpful, great location, it is close to many things. We were all very well accommodated, we will definitely be back!!

Miguel, always attentive. giving clear instructions about the house and place where to buy and have lunch, by the way, everything close, if it is the beach, takes the right side, walks about 100 meters and will have a beautiful view of Salvador, water to the knee, very nice to relax, ah, do not forget to take the access key to the beach, there is a gate, which walks closed.

The house has an excellent location, close to the beach. It is very wide, has all kitchen utensils, features face towels, hand soap, toilet paper, bed linens. Everything was very clean. The photos represent the place very well. The balcony, swimming pool and BBQ are a delight. All rooms are air-conditioned. The only point to complain is that in the announcement 4 and a half bathrooms were informed and at the end are 3 and a half bathrooms. The bathroom is located in the back, but it is used by the housekeeper (which in passing is very polite). This made a difference for us, who were in a large group. Another point to mention is that the mattress of one of the rooms (the last one, closer to the bathroom) had a very bad mattress, when lying down it sank. Outside these 3 points we had a great experience, we would definitely come back.

Franco's attention and communication is excellent, always very helpful, polite and easily accessible. We are extremely grateful for the experience we had in São João.
