Antonieta welcomed me with the warmth of a sister, and the professionalism of a seasoned hostess. She was always, always kind, considerate, proactive and punctual even when the internet company did not offer a good attitude toward her. She even changed the internet company to ensure I had WiFi. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to several beaches, restaurants and shops, and being nestled in a quiet neighborhood between hostels and a capoeira school, I felt very safe. Seeing the sea out of every window was heaven! The living room is spacious and comfortable, and the AC in the bedroom blows cold. I miss being in Antonieta’s sweet house!

Luiz's apartment is very good. Well located and clean. Luiz is very helpful and friendly. The condominium is delightful! I had already stayed at other beaches on the north coast, but Itacimirim was a surprise. Great beaches, with wonderful sea bathing! I left already wanting to come back.

Cristiane welcomed us very well. We had the opportunity to enter earlier, the house is just like the photos and everything needed to cook and have breakfast, we did not need help since he knew the neighborhood but was very kind with everything related to bedding and bathroom, therefore the value was very positive

The hotel is the best place to stay in Subauma. The apartment is very new, spacious and everything works perfectly. Safe location, great for staying and getting to know the nearby beaches as well. Easy to get to and sure of good reception.

The apartment is inside a resort, which gives the guest a lot of peace and security. The apartment is very well taken care of, with new and quality furniture. In it you have the entire infrastructure of the space, with several swimming pools (even with water toboe), restaurant (excellent price and quality) and bars both in the pool and on the beach. It is certainly the best option for those who want to stay in Subaúma. As for the landlord is an extremely helpful and helpful person, always passing on information necessary for a good host. First, I wanted to note that the hosting exceeded positive expectations, according to the listing's specification. The host was receptive to welcoming, guiding about the carnival routine and tips on mobility during their stay. Very well located - the apartment - was always clean and sociable. The room that was made available to me was large, comfortable and cozy for rest after the carnival revelry. My thanks and referrals to future guests.
