Vacation rentals with a sauna in Saltsjöbaden

My family had an unforgettable stay at Daniela's. The home was described accurately, and was so beautiful with all the city views and natural lighting! The sauna was just what we needed, too. Perfect location. 10/10 would recommend.

Our flight into Stockholm meant we arrived later than expected but with the self check in, it meant little disruption. We had a lovely stay here. Renting a car and staying here gave us flexibility to access the local parkrun for a 5k. I especially liked how close to the metro this was. The sauna was the icing on the cake. It stay here again

The best place I have ever been via Airbnb. In Stockholm it's a quiet and peaceful place. The groceries nearby and cafes are really comfortable to have breakfasts. I hope I can visit Stockholm later and I will choose this apartment if it's available. P.S. Special thanks for the sauna, it was wonderful. 🙏🙏

My experience at Janet's place was even better than I'd expected. The whole downstairs (technically it's a basement, but it's only partly below ground, and the windows let in lots of light) was more or less "mine". And I hadn't realized there is so much green space adjacent to Janet: paths for walking, running, biking, etc. And yet it's easy and quick to get to the heart of Stockholm. The best part about this Airbnb spot is probably Janet herself, who was immensely helpful with my numerous questions and requests. Highly recommended!

Nice and helpful response! Since we arrived when it was dark, it was a bit tricky to find because it felt like you were driving wrong when you drove into the long driveway but daytime everything was clear! Great place to stay! We were four adults who didn't know each other very well and there was plenty of space. Comfortable sturdy double beds in two of the rooms. The extra bed behind the drapery/alcove in the living room worked 👍

Channa’s place is super cozy, clean and comfortable. She made tasteful recommendations which made our time in Stockholm even better. She is super responsive and friendly. The listing is just as shown in photos. The bed is comfortable. Thanks Channa for providing such a pleasant experience!

Very nice location, close to nature and train station to Stockholm. Very nice host who was very warm and welcoming. The kitchen was a bit under-equipped, some basic things like spoons/bread knife etc. would be nice to have. Else than that no complaints. Would recommend.

It was a very pleasant stay! It’s a nice little room with all the necessities, featuring its own entrance and a very cozy bed. The Airbnb is located in a rural area with many upscale houses that look beautiful during an evening stroll. It’s only a 20-minute drive to Stockholm city center and just a 5-minute walk to the lake. Struan was very polite and always helpful. He even went out to get us groceries after we mentioned that we would be arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning, which made the start of our vacation much easier. Thanks again for that, Struan! Overall, a great stay! :)

The place hosted by Annette and Stefan is located on a quiet suburban street close to the woods. Discovering the Swedish countryside is just a couple of steps away. A shopping center is within walking distance. It is recommended to come by car if you happen to visit in the winter season since it might not be for everyone to coordinate the public buses with the need to get to other destinations, especially when using the trains from Rotebro station. The apartment is super cozy, has floor heating, and has a very comfortable large bathroom with a private sauna. Both hosts were always at-the-ready to help if we had questions, even when we ignored the store opening times, and ran out of red wine for dinner, they were happy to provide us with a bottle. The stay at their place was very enjoyable, without a hitch and we will consider this location when Stockholm is coming up a travel destination again.

Seth’s appartement was really great! The living room was big with a really nice and practical kitchen. The little room was perfect size for one person with space for your luggages. It was a connected place with an app for the lights and the music which was fun and easy to make it work. The dishwasher and the washing machine were a big positive bonus. The area is very quiet, and you are 15 min away by foot from Skanstull and the southern city centre. Seth was always responsive and helpful if I needed him. Overall I do recommend a lot this place!

I loved my week-long stay with Viktor and Alexandra. They were incredibly friendly and present, answering my large amount of questions with patience and understanding, even if I was not clear on the answer, or had to ask again because I forgot or had just wanted to clarify something. They treated me like an old friend, even though we had never met before. They also helped me with my Swedish when I asked how something was supposed to be said. Their English was excellent and easy to understand. The place was incredibly clean and the location was right near a bus stop, with a train station in walking distance. Though I often woke up after they left for the day, they were always quiet in the morning if I was asleep and I was never woken up. The bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable. They always welcomed me back with enthusiasm when I returned from my explorations. Plus, Alexandra bakes a delicious Apple Cake! I will definitely look them up when I return some day! Tack så mycket!!

This is Airbnb at its finest! Anna is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great stay. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and relax. We only stayed for a week but would have happily stayed longer. The location is perfect for peaceful walks, and getting to the city center is easy and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it!

Beautiful and cozy apartment Anna's. Very well located a few stops from downtown. Clean and tidy. With all the comforts and utensils to be at home. Thank you very much Anna for being attentive to us, for your beautiful house and the details regarding us and our children you have had. We've been very comfortable. It was such a lovely house in lovey peaceful surroundings and a lovely garden. We wished we had spent a few more nights rather than just the 3 because we never had chance to explore the local area properly. Herald was really helpful and friendly with plenty of local suggestions and we would definitely consider coming back to stay.

To put it simply, the Airbnb is fantastic. The lake view is stunning, and the Sauna is the cherry on the cake! Susanne is a top host who is always friendly and reacts quickly to questions.

We had a wonderful time with my friends at this place! :) The house is easy to access, fully furnished, and perfect for a weekend getaway—close to nature, yet still offering great access to accommodation and public transport. Andy was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it!!

the house is really beautiful and very large. we had a wonderful time in this very tastefully furnished house. very nice terraces, place to grill and a top equipped kitchen!! very friendly and quick contact with mathias. felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Just come back from a long weekend in Sweden and are so happy we booked this place. Only about a 45 minute drive from the centre of Stockholm and you get to stay in the beautiful Swedish countryside. The house is in a beautiful location, overlooking the ocean and the sun sets right outside your back door. It is also lovely to have some outdoor space where you can go for a wonder down to the pier. The wood fired sauna was nice and relaxing on a cold evening too! The house is very well equipped and we didn’t find ourselves looking for any additional equipment. Dalaro is a 10 minute drive away and has a small supermarket and wonderful bakery to visit. It is also lovely to have a 20 minute stroll around the port and up to the viewpoints where you get a nice view across the archipelago. Tyresta National Park is also worth a visit. Christina was very helpful and always responsive and was accommodating for when we wanted to do an early check in. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

My husband and 3 kids loved our stay in Peter’s home in Näsbypark near Stockholm. The house was beautiful, we loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It was a home away from home for our family. We were very close to the train station which took us straight into Stockholm for siteseeing. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we felt safe there. We were within easy walking distance to amenities and a beautiful lake.

It's a beautiful secluded place very close to Stockholm, yet it feels totally quiet and peaceful. Me and my seven friends enjoyed our stay so much that we already think about when to come back!
