Great place for a little, private get-away. The Cartwright Ranch area is secluded and quiet with many parks and walking paths. The distance to downtown Boise or Eagle is not prohibitive if commuting is necessary but you feel as if very distant from the hustle of a city. The home is perfect for a family or a small group. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bedrooms comfortable. Above all, the place is immaculate and well cared for. Would rent again without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in a beautiful area. perfect floor plan and amazing views! The host was so thoughtful and noticed that we were checking out out on Christmas morning, so they called us a couple weeks before check in to let us know that they would allow us to check out at 4:00 pm. for no extra charge. Communication was great and we all really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!

It was exactly what we had wanted for a long stay. (We stayed about a month.) It had everything we needed to live comfortably, like we were in our own house and neighborhood. The house was spacious and sunny. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. The master bed was a dream. (There were just two of us. We didn’t use the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.) We really liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet and safe and had so many places to walk. And there was more wildlife than we are accustomed to: many more birds, some deer, and even a coyote. We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful, squeaky clean home was perfect for relaxing each evening. The beds were wonderful with great layers for adjusting your heat. Bathrooms were perfectly clean with plenty of nice towels. The kitchen had lots of baking supplies with nice appliances and coffee options. Quiet neighborhood is fine for strolling with a little kids’ park 1/2 block away. Downtown Eagle is close by with fun dining options and a great grocery store. Jenny was super helpful and responsive but gave us great privacy too. Wrong season to use the pool but it looked fun! We’ll be back!

We loved staying at Jim’s house. The home was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to cook. The home is close to grocery stores too which was very convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet away from the bustle of the city. The backyard patio had good shade in the afternoon and the patio table made for nice, relaxing evenings. Jim was a great host and was always available if we needed anything. He even went the extra mile to put Christmas lights on the house to make us feel more at home.

Our group consisted of colleagues gathering for strategic planning, with a few of us non-locals actually staying overnight. During the day we were able to break into smaller groups for various sessions and Sara’s place had ample room for this. We had discussions in the living room, the upstairs office, and the downstairs living area. Sara was very friendly and responsive. If the weather was better, there was plenty of room outside too! The views were amazing! The only minor thing I would mention is that if you order delivery like DoorDash, it can be difficult for them to find the house. But overall, excellent stay!

This has been the best home that we have stayed in when visiting the Boise area. The location is very peaceful and within a darling community. The location is outside of downtown Boise which allowed us to relax but close enough to the city if needed. We would definitely rent here again and again!

Our stay was wonderful and the cabin was fantastic! Had all the room we needed and plenty of things in the kitchen to stay home and cook. Beds were wonderful and clean ! Cant wait to go back. The location was near everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

This was a perfect location for us. We wanted to be close to Eagle, Idaho, where our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter live, and this was perfect. It was squeaky clean, king bed was comfy with nice bedding. Keurig was there with K pods and little creamers. We did one load of laundry and it was nice to have some laundry detergent available. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we enjoyed, and were very comfortable with our stay! Thank you!

This was the perfect spot for me . Beds and couches so comfy. I loved that there was coffee and creamer there. Weary from travel ,I had not thought to stop and get some. Thoughtful!

pet fee is a little high, but the yard is immaculate so I guess that is why. The fire pit & barbq area was very nice. The kitchen could use a new knife. Every knife had a serrated edge, makes pealing anything next to impossible. I did lose a three stone earing I think next to the left side of the bed in the middle bed room. I was hoping someone would call & say they found it. The heating & air system was individual for every room. I had never seen anything like it. It was amazing I am looking to add it to my own house.

Stayed for a long weekend to go snowmobiling with friends. The parking was perfect for a truck with trailer and 4 other trucks with sled decks. Plenty of beds and blankets for our large party of 10 adults and 4 small kids. There were some toys and games for kids to play with. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Everything was organized. Our host was very communicative and warmed the place up before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We had a lovely family holiday at Melanie’s home in beautiful Salmon, ID. The property is situated in a great walkable neighborhood with mountain beauty surrounding you. Deer were grazing in the fields across the street. We took a walk and everyone we encountered gave us a friendly waive. The space was like visiting Grandma’s house… warm welcoming pie-in-the-oven space, with comfy beds and linens just waiting for you to visit with your family. Lots of toys and books for the kids, a pack n play, kid dishes, sippy cups, & spoons. The photos and listing were 100% accurate to real life, except the kitchen / dining Living space, which was off the charts fantastic! This is the nicest, most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen - better than mine at home. Melanie was a great host, very responsive. Overall a standout home in Salmon, ID.

We had lots of family stay at this home while in town for a wedding. Everyone commented how at home they felt. Our stay was comfortable and had every amenity we could have possibly needed. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt safe. Our host was helpful and easy to get a hold of. Check out instructions were very simple. We would love to stay at this home again!

This home has the most beautiful views in all directions! It is conventiently located to town.We walked to shopping/dining, yet also accessible to backcountry skiing,snowshoeing and hot springs. The best of all worlds. It is obviously well cared for and fully equipped. All the comforts of home including games, television, wifi. Would love to visit again. The gas fireplace was being repaired, so we brought our own electric one which made things festive. Michelle was a great host! Instructions were clear. So relaxing. Hoping to make this an annual tradition.

This was my first time using an Air b&b and I was a little wary but this was so perfect now the bar is set very high! It was so beautiful and clean and comfortable I was impressed would definitely stay there again if I had a big family get together. There's 5 bedrooms with a bonus twin bed in one of the master suites and 5 full baths as well as a claw foot tub which was great for a soak! Couldn't be happier. Thanks Cambridge house!

This home in Eagle, Idaho exceeded all expectations. Beautifully designed with a peaceful vibe, it offered everything we needed — a workout/yoga room, kids’ gaming area, office, and wonderfully appointed bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. The sunroom was a standout: serene, full of natural light, and perfect for relaxing or reading. The backyard was spacious and immaculate, and we loved the hot tub tucked under trees and lights — the ambiance was incredible. We used the BBQ, which worked great, and the kitchen and pantry were fully stocked with everything from spices to cookware. Beds were very comfortable, everything was spotless, and having laundry made our stay even easier. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and surrounded by nature, with a basketball and pickleball court just around the corner. Highly recommend this home — it’s one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Would absolutely return!
