We were warmly welcomed by Maria and Jose. The house has a beautiful location, on a hill with a fantastic view over the valley! It is very spacious: 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a very spacious living room and kitchen. The garden is very big and you have lots of places to sit. There is a covered terrace under the "horreo" where it was delicious breakfast. There is a swimming pool in the garden that has a table and sun loungers. The covered terrace by the living room was perfect to end the day. Maria and Jose live in the adjacent house but really respect your privacy. We got good tips for trips and our chats were always cozy and pleasant. Their dogs Zar and Leo were sweet. It was easy to do laundry. In Vega, the village nearby, you will find a supermarket, cafes and you can eat something. Gijón is 20 minutes. The coast is beautiful with so many beaches, in combination with the green hills. Our stay was fantastic! We recommend it! Thank you dear Maria and Jose!

Great stay for families of different ages. Maria is a great host and very responsive. The house is fully equipped and the area is beautiful on a natural level. The car is essential if you want to visit Asturias. I would return as a family or with friends. We were two people over 65 years old, one little 2 years old and three more.

Apparently very nice, very well equipped with a central but quiet location. Jose Manuel speaks very good French and English. He is friendly, welcoming and responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Love love love the place. It was beyond our expectations. The view was amazinggg, couldn't have enough of it. Host was so kind and was available when ever we needed Public transport was good too just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and bus goes straight to the oviedo centre. Thank you so much for everything once again :)

The house is wonderful and is in an idyllic location. They took us very well and went out of their way to make things easier for us. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and had everything. We would come back for sure.

We've been there 5 days and we really liked the place for 5 people and a pet. The house is well cared for, there are all kinds of utensils and accessories, the terrace is phenomenal and Teresa welcomed us and gave the directions for everything in person and in a very professional and close way.

Maria and Sandra were always attentive to our stay and helped us at all times. The house is in the center of town, with bars and supermarkets next door, so it is appreciated not having to take the car for everything. The house is huge and is very well equipped. To put some sticks, some things could be refurbished. All in all, everything's great, good choice!

Yolanda is a consummate host! She met us - jetlagged and frankly a bit of a mess - with a warm smile, a friendly voice (in English) and the keys to our home for more than a month. The apartment was perfect for us - cozy and nicely appointed. This was "home base" while we searched for a more permanent home to satisfy our visa requirements. It was perfectly situated to explore centro Oviedo and quiet and comfortable for two. The mark of excellence is not perfection but responsiveness when it isn't. We had a small problem with a window which she addressed immediately and without fanfare. Never hesitate to stay in Yolanda's apartment!

Our stay at Letty's apartment has been great. From the first moment of the reservation Letty has been attentive to us: super attentive and accessible, very detailed, constant communication. Letty is a sweetheart. He left us some welcome treats and also our dog! The apartment is very cozy. Equipped with everything you might need Impeccable cleanliness. We really felt right at home. Good place to spend a few days, very quiet and without excessive noise. The apartment is decorated modern and tastefully (the arcade machine is always a plus). The only thing that is a 5to without elevator, but it comes well to lower the turrones :)

I stayed with some friends for the weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. Germán and Sandra have been very attentive both before, and during the stay that we were agusto and we did not lack anything. The palace in the photos looks great, but I would say it even improves in person.

Fantastic stay, we have been 4 days very comfortable,enjoying the area a lot. The house is located in a quiet and secluded place,with wonderful views,ideal for resting for a few days. We will definitely repeat in another time.

The house is really lovely, with very nice details. My kids felt immeatelly home, and so did I. Oviedo is also a gem, with many nice historic monuments. The quality of staying in this house, would make us book it again. I can recommend it to stay there.

Excellent accommodation and host service. The cleaners A charm and the cleanliness of 10. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and with access to all services. An ideal for enjoying a few days and refreshing energy. The hostess's proposals about places and restaurants of 10. We would be glad to come back, we hope it is very soon.

Ideal for 14 adults + 2 kids and 1 baby. The house is very large and cozy. Large common area in the kitchen below. The outdoor area has a lot of value with pool, barbecue, lawn, tennis… Not following google's recommendations for walking to the beach. I would look for local recommendation since there is not much shoulder on the road. Very close to Gijón Walking only for walks and small shop.

Great stay. The place is super nice, super well located and connected to Oviedo by bus (10 mins to the stop). Juanjo is super attentive and the accommodation is taken care of, clean and with everything you need to spend a few days. Everything is perfect, 100% recommended.

Beautiful house with bags of character and original details, whilst also being very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of space and lots of bits to enjoy. We spent a great week there. Highlight is the BBQ - a really fun way to cook and much more than a usual BBQ. Location is near a small sized town with everything you'll need. It's not a tourist town, but that has it's own charm. Nearby Gijon is a great seaside town. Leon which is about 1.2 hours away is an amazing historic place. The scenery around the area is stunning. Green, hilly and beautiful. Not how you would imagine the Spanish landscape.

we went to spend a weekend with the family. the house is very spacious and very cared for. each room has its own bathroom. kitchen perfectly equipped and new. the grill area is perfect for groups. the house does not lack anything.
