Comfortable establishment for families, with three bedrooms and in a quiet area attached to the beach of Salinas (3 minutes by car). Area with shops that facilitate the stay.

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Apartment as seen in the photos,the fact of having parking is great and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, tapeo area, supermarkets,etc. places it in a great area.Sergio was the person who took care of us, helped us and informed us. A 10!!. We are sure to return.

When you travel and stay in a place that you come to feel like home, you know you're right! And that was our case with Amparo's house. We enjoyed it as if we were at home, and it's not always easy to travel with three toddlers.

Although we arrived a bit late at the place Anan was very friendly and patient . Very well located downtown on a pedestrian street with no noise to rest on a loose leg.

One of the most spectacular AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. The views are breathtaking, the photos don't do justice. We went in December and the house is super hot and cosy, as well as beautiful. In the surroundings there are several very good restaurants and there is a huge supermarket quite close. Also Marta was very attentive at all times, we had a problem with the light and responded to us instantly. 100% recommended.

The house is beautiful—perfect for aperitivo and dinner on the veranda. It’s a short walk down the path to the village, for a swim or a drink, and there are other nearby beaches worth exploring (including for surfing). Oviedo and the Picos de Europa are short drives away.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

They have been wonderful days, an idyllic setting next to a dream house. Located in an easily accessible, quiet and well-connected area. The house is cozy, spacious, very bright, everything was very clean, tidy and did not lack the slightest detail. We travel with our two dogs 🐶 🐶 and Jorge had the detail of leaving them a bed, drinker and feeder, without any limitation for them, with a very spacious garden, fallado, where they could enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you Jorge for your proximity, kindness and always predisposition.

We had a great stay here. The view from the house and surroundings are very beautiful and it is in a really good position to visit the coast and mountains. This was our first visit to Asturias and we found it to be a wonderful place and we hope to come back one day!

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

From the first moment we felt at home, the communication was extraordinary before, during and once the apartment was abandoned. To highlight the sympathy of Raúl who received us and gave all the necessary directions as well as Laura who was attentive at all times and also facilitated Asturian places of interest. It's the cleanest and most tidy apartment we've been staying in on Airbnb and we would definitely repeat. We recommend the tortilla sandwiches from the bus station just across the street from the accommodation and they are ideal for breakfast at the accommodation . The accommodation has seemed ideal to rest comfortably on our vacation as a couple in Asturian lands.

Marta and her husband are adorable they will give you lots of advice and addresses, they are very concerned about your comfort. The most 2 bathrooms, you will find everything available, products ...up to the cafe for us who arrived on a Sunday afternoon it was great. You can reach the very beautiful Aguilar beach in 20 minutes walk, right next door: supermarket, cafes, restaurants, take away with cooked dishes for those who don't want to cook... really great 👌 thank you for your welcome and pleasure.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

We had a really nice stay at Nieves place, it had everything we needed and the area is lovely and quiet with easy parking out front, the locals and neighbours are super friendly, one helped us find the door after I had signal issues on my phone, complimented wine and snacks was a nice touch, would totally recommend, thanks
