Great accommodation!! We had a pleasant stay (3 couples + 3 children) EXCELLENT: - location: first beaches accessible on foot via bike path, center of St Anne 5min by car, very quiet residence 😌 - outdoor space: swimming pool, terrace, bbq area, the company of birds 😜 - W/Virginia communication: very fluid, available and good advice on the corners of the island to visit Thank you again for hosting us 🫶

We stayed for a week in Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were unable to enjoy it because the beach was overrun with sargassum during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she was not at fault. We had a problem with a bedroom door that was impossible to open. Again Sybille did everything she could to help us, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well-equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of little useful things: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Independent villa on land with superb sea view, very, very friendly sunrise. The villa matches the photos, all the necessary equipment is present. The location is a bit off-center from downtown Le Diamant, but we had a car and the view was well worth it. We traveled the south of Martinique, and the pool was appreciated after a day of sightseeing! We were perfectly welcomed by Fabien whom we thank again.

You'll love living at Cédric's. The studio is beautiful, with beautiful large bedrooms, a well ventilated living space (feel like living outside) The massage chair is 5 stars after our days of great hikes. The really interesting little pool of water we took advantage of it. We were lucky enough to share a rum drink and coconut juice with our hosts. Cédric responds quickly to messages which we enjoyed. I will rent this studio again without hesitation

I had a great time in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José was the one who greeted me, and he was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

Great stay! Kevin was helpful and responsive and the place has everything you would need, walkable to beaches and places to eat. Beautiful sunset can be seen from the balcony. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much 😊

We had a great time in this apartment with beautiful sea views! The accommodation is very well equipped with many kitchen utensils, some small games (card games, beach rackets, small bodyboards for children…). Clearly, we lacked nothing. Well located also on the island, this allowed us to get around easily. Quiet and pleasant accommodation to stay in. Bertille and Natacha were both very friendly and helpful.

Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. This place is worth 20 points! I felt very comfortable, this apartment is well equipped, the surroundings are great. There was water and juice for me and also something sweet. There is shower gel, soap, just everything you need to live. Walk to the nearest beach or drive a little to the next one. Everything was just wonderful and would love to move in 😄

We had a lovely stay at David's in his home. Accessible, good location, we didn't miss anything and I would recommend this accommodation as well as this Host. The concierge service that manages the property is responsive and very friendly.

The place and the accommodation matched our wishes exactly (quiet, reasonably close to the beaches, perfectly designed accommodation). Manuella available for any eventuality and also welcomed us with delicious accras and planters.... Excellent cook we regularly enjoyed brioche and accras as well as a family colombo and coconut flan.... Thank you again for your kindness and more generally to Martinique. We highly recommend this listing where we will return in 2027.

This apartment is for us a gem. The angles of view are extraordinary. You can hear the sound of the waves. Two beaches are very close and so nice. Close to everything we loved it. The space, the size, the cleanliness, the kitchen everything was really spotless and to our liking. Close to everything we are still located in a quiet and relaxing environment. No noisy or disturbing neighbors. We really loved everything. We travel a lot and use AirBNb often and this place is one of our favorites. We highly recommend it. We were my spouse and I with our son-daughter and 6-year-old little boy. We had plenty of space- beautiful privacy so easy. And the few good meals taken from this huge and magnificent terrace. And the few meals prepared with such a view. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Monika. Oh yes the welcome was great too Monika was there to receive us. Thank you again.
