Residence located on the edge of the beach and nearby shops. Alice is proactive and friendly. She values the comfort of her guests. We would recommend it in a second!

I was there for one week by myself to finish writing a book, and the space perfectly met my needs- the terrace is large with a beautiful view, the very private beach is a few steps away, there are restaurants and a convenience store on site…I would go back. Isabel was very helpful and quick to respond to my requests and the janitorial staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Great and quiet location. The view is beautiful, the dock is very accessible with a ladder for swimming and we loved kayaking. The spa and hammock are perfect for family time. Thank you again for accepting the little dog, my niece loved it and didn't want to leave again.

Gérard is very nice. It was missing a few items for the kitchen and Gérard bought everything we thought of. When he said near the sea we thought we could swim. It was a big disappointment. You have to allow 20 to 25 minutes for swimming. And for the sofa, it's outdoor furniture really not comfortable. For the rest it's a quiet place with a breathtaking view of the sea and in the evening we didn't go out because the paths were winding and very dark and dangerous. Gérard is very responsive to our needs. The gas leaked, he gave us an electric hotplate and the next day he had it repaired. Great service. For the sofa he lent us cushions. Thank you Gérard…

A quiet place with a great location on the Diamond. Proximity to market and beaches and easy parking in the residence. The view from the terrace is very pretty and promises nice evenings. We had a lovely stay.

We just had a pleasant stay at this beautiful villa, nestled in a green and peaceful setting. the villa offers a charming and exotic environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the island and proximity to paradisiacal beaches. The villa is spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully appointed, offering all the comforts to feel at home. Special mention for the terrace, where we were able to enjoy our meals while admiring the sunrises. The owner's warm welcome also marked our experience: her availability and her valuable tips for discovering the island greatly enriched our stay. A place that we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to recharge in an idyllic setting. We'll be happy to go back.

I mean it’s worth the money. The house isn’t luxury from an American perspective, but the surroundings are amazing and the little town down the hill is so beautiful and quaint.

What a heavenly place, a breathtaking sea view in a peaceful place with charming decor. This dwelling has all the assets and in particular that of being quiet while being 2 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from a road of the island. The hosts are very welcoming and available. All amenities will make your stay easier (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, diving masks, closed parking, freezer, barbecue...). I envy those who will enjoy the view from the room or pool in the early morning... guaranteed effect!

We had a wonderful stay at this house located in Diamant. The view is simply amazing and the beach is a stone's throw away, which allowed us to fully enjoy the ocean. The city center, with its market and beach bars, is nearby, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a moment of tranquility at the end of the day while admiring the scenery. Maly is an exceptional host: welcoming, caring and always available. It really made us feel right at home. The house is perfectly equipped, also for babies (bed, high chair, beach games...) absolutely nothing is missing. As she says, "you only need to bring your personal belongings" for a great stay. We would recommend this rental and its owner without hesitation, we loved every moment!

A favorite for this little slice of paradise. Sabine and Bertrand are discreet and welcoming. They take care of the place and their guests. We had a great time there. Direct access to the sea at the bottom of the garden for wing foil launch. Recommended + + +++!

Karine and her colleagues (Jacky and Sabine) made sure our stay went smoothly. We highlight the small touches that enhance the experience for example the sunbed chairs, the bag for picnics. The site is beautiful and well appointed. The view of the vegetation from the room is beautiful. We recommend it!

The place was perfect, exactly as per the photos and description. It feels like home thanks to all the objects available to make our holidays easier (pool accessories, coolers, folding beach chairs, tupperware, beach towels, beach mat... and many more!). Katy was extremely responsive, both before and during our stay, which made our interactions very enjoyable. The check-in went smoothly thanks to Gladys, who welcomed us warmly with a planter and accras, a delicate attention that we really appreciated. Access to the swimming pool allows us to believe that it is privatized while it is shared with other properties. Having traveled with a 6 month old baby, we enjoyed it a lot, there was almost no one there. We strongly recommend this listing and will gladly go back!

It was not clear to me beforehand that the house is located directly at the end of a large public parking lot.

Beautiful villa with choice location in Diamant to enjoy the beach in an intimate way. Dorothée was very attentive to allow us a nice stay (example: providing toilet paper, cleaning products) because the basic amenities are not provided for the entire stay. You can hear the waves and it only takes a 5-minute walk (250 m) from the villa to reach Diamant Beach. Please note, the waves can be very intense for younger children. On the other hand, for our older children (7-10 years old), they loved this beach for body surfing. Note: the water heater runs on solar energy. Even when the weather was nice, there was often a lack of hot water for our group of 6, despite the fact that we took very short showers. We had a pleasant stay and the outdoor terrace was really beautiful with a breathtaking view of Mount Larcher.

Just returned from a week at this location, and everything was perfect. The space was beautiful and exactly as described. There was lots of space for everyone to fit extremely comfortably. The location is amazing - the beach is beautiful and there are some good food places within walkable distance. Highly recommend !!

Very nice location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops or touring the area by car. Very quiet residence, too bad that there is construction work in the street... But when you come home from a day, everything is paused. Valuable presence of air conditioning! Great welcome with a good meal!

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Carole's accommodation is very nice, functional, with all the useful amenities. It is ideally located in the heart of the small village of Trois Rivières, close to the sea, the fish market, small local shops, restaurants and the N5 serving all the places of interest in the south of the island. A pretty terrace overlooking a beautiful garden is a real plus. Carole is a super attentive, welcoming, charming, dynamic host. You feel like part of the family very quickly. She is very attentive and doesn't hesitate to share the delicious dishes on her table. A real charm for those who know how to be seduced by the warmth of their hospitality. We had a great week at this lovely house with our 3 big teenagers. Fabien's hospitality, availability and advice were very helpful and pleasant to us, it's a real plus. Otherwise, everything is perfectly described in the listing and the photos match exactly. We appreciated the presence of screens as well as the air conditioning even though it is true that it makes a little noise. The view is beautiful, the pool is super nice. 👍

Great stay at Caroline and Yves's. The villa is beautiful. Caroline and Yves are super responsive and gave us great tips for our stay. The area is perfect and if the sea is too agitated at the Diamond just head to Anse Dufour which is 20 minutes by car. In short, warmly recommended and I will definitely go back with the kids.

We had a great time at Rémy's apartment which is perfectly equipped. Ideally located in a quiet residence, it allowed us to discover the north of Martinique. We recommend!
