The house is lovely, perfect for a large group. It is very well equipped for cooking and for children. Many comfortable rooms.

We had a fantastic family stay at Sylvie's house, a real haven of peace on the farm and with stunning views of Lake Lavaud. It's hard to imagine a better welcome than the one Sylvie and her family gave us, who were particularly available to help us and allowed us to make the most of the area. Special mention for horses that evolve right next door to the house and ensure the wonder of the little city dwellers! We recommend it in full. Thank you again for everything and see you soon!

Very nice house, quiet, shaded by beautiful oaks with lots of animals: chickens roosters cat peacocks ( a paradise for children) Nearby many possible activities: lake and beach, playful pool, tree climbing, equestrian center, bike paths

Very well thought out place for groups. Ventilated spaces, adequate bedrooms, a functional kitchen, multiple bathrooms. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the outdoors as the rain was at the rendezvous but it looks nice. Thank you!

If you are looking for a quiet and quiet little corner of the countryside, this house is perfect. Close to the nautical base of the lakes of Haute Charente, a nice place for jogging. Great value for money. And great communication with Louise.

A great place to stay at and discover Rochechouart and surroundings. Quiet, convenient and very comfy.

Nice little apartment with everything you need. It's close to the paragliding school and landing zone which is why I picked it. Totally enjoyed the stay at the Airbnb and town. Lots of hiking trails around and above the lake and if you don't fly your own paraglider, book a tandem flight!

We had a wonderful stay at Charlotte's place. The house is very well renovated, with great taste. And it's very functional. Charlotte's family is very nice. The place is superb, the nearby village has all amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at Helen's! On the other hand, I think we would have appreciated it even more in summer… Indeed, with the rainy and cold weather we had a little trouble warming up in the room (living/dining room/kitchen) downstairs, which was just heated by a small fireplace. However, it was very good in the bedrooms upstairs.

The house is very nice and spacious, the location is also very convenient with a local supermarket within walking distance. Beautiful scenery around. The host was always reachable online to answer our questions. We had a very pleasant stay there and would recommend this place for families.

Three days of pure disconnection in the middle of greenery. Very cabbage, cozy, extremely pleasant accommodation in an absolutely charming setting. Like the owners. 🙏 The little fire upon arrival: a real joy. We'll come back for sure.

Excellent stay and beautiful property. The private lake and barbecue is a real plus. Lots of local villages with good restaurants too (we went to Mortemart). The house is very traditional and so the sound does travel as expected. This shouldn’t be a problem if you’re going away with family or people you like! Pool is excellent.

A lovely gite in a wonderful rural location but with good road access for exploring the area. A really well equipped kitchen and as we like to cook when on holiday this was especially appreciated. Nice downstairs space in particular with simply the best woodburner we have seen. Very responsive and friendly relaxed hosts. Recommended all round.

Everything is done to feel at home. Julie thinks of the smallest details, whether for cooking, occupying the children, in the event of a power outage 😉 His tips offered in the manual were very useful to us and allowed us to have an ideal stay! Everything was perfect! Happy parents and kids!!!!
