Vacation rentals with breakfast in Saint Matthews

Kristie’s place was perfect for our weekend get away with friends. There were 7 of us that stayed very comfortably. The house was very clean and well kept! Kristie left great notes for us and kept in touch if we needed anything. We were within walking distance to the Zoo and a quick 7 min trip to downtown. It was the perfect location.

Home was neat and clean. No issues during stay.

Stayed here for Derby weekend and what an incredible experience it was! Stacie's home was clean, had plenty of room, and had everything you could ever need for a fun filled weekend in LV. Only 20 mins to the Derby via uber (just schedule them early!!) 5/5 rating, highly recommend! Thank you AGAIN!

The house was perfect to hang out and talk with family we hadn’t seen in awhile. The back yard was large and enclosed for our dogs to wander and investigate.

David’s place felt right at home. Family friendly & my kids enjoyed the space. Offered all the services & amenities that I needed. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The space was beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was clean and we had an amazing time in the pool. We loved this place so much we will be visiting again.

Nice home, pictures were very accurate. Fire pit out back was great too. Host was very nice & accommodating , got locked out due to losing a key & he was there in 20 minutes to let us in. Would definitely stay again!

We had an enjoyable stay, the location was convenient for our plans which were varied, we walked the neighborhood, we Uber’d downtown and drove to other neighborhoods. The accomodation was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay.

The place is exactly as described. It is great for one person travelling for business. I have stayed here before, and will stay here again. Christine is an excellent host!

We had a very pleasant stay. The city is very convenient for pedestrians, and the Saturday farmers market was outstanding. There was ample parking; even though we visited during a music festival, there was still plenty of parking available. The apartment was very clean, with good Wi-Fi, and there were nice restaurants nearby.

overall it was a good place to stay. I checked in at the last min and they were accommodating. close to several great restaurants. oh....The walls are kinda thin and love was in the air for valentine's day weekend in someone's room nearby LOL.

Brooke was super proactive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she addressed them immediately and assisted us. Place was so clean and spacious with many high quality sleeping areas. Will book again next year if we have the chance!

Right off expressway ramp, easy to navigate to rest of the city to explore. Very safe and secure area, many things within walking distance. A definite place to stay at again. Host was helpful and responsive, a definite 5 stars.

This was our 2nd time staying with Amy and it was great just like the 1st time. Her breakfast is the best!!! House is always clean and you feel right at home. She is very sweet and welcoming!

From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This was our first B&B experience and Regina set a high standard. Her B&B was beautiful and we felt right at home with her welcome. Regina’s breakfast was delicious, and the best food we’ve had in Kentucky. Highly recommend Regina’s B&B, we will return when we come back to KY. Thank you for everything Regina!

This historic mansion was absolutely gorgeous! It was such a treat for us to stay there for our Anniversary. The recommendations for restaurants were great. We dined at Brooklyn & the Butcher per Ron’s recommendation and it didn’t disappoint in the least. I can say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hot breakfast served in the morning was delicious and far exceeded what I expected. The room was beautiful and the claw foot tub was a delight and relaxing. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and possible mattress topper though. We didn’t sleep well, but we are used to a sleep number bed. We also had people lodging in adjoining room and you could hear most everything (talking, TV, walking around) going on in each others rooms. It wasn’t very sound proof. Those are only qualms with our stay, but I don’t think it would keep us from coming back. Everything else was stellar. Ron gave us a great tour at check in and a full history of New Albany all the way back to Civil War era.
