Very friendly host, and very responsive and helpful. It’s very close to a lot of things to do and places to eat, and the neighborhood is calm and peaceful.

This was our second lengthy stay at Heather's, and we remain extremely satisfied with everything. Heather is a great host; she is responsive, proactive, and provides personal touches for the stay. The unit is clean, spacious, and quiet, and has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. And the location is great. We hope to stay here many times in the future.

Really enjoyed my stay at this comfortable, modern and convenient apartment. Quiet atmosphere in a walkable area, yet very close to parks, shopping, and restaurants. The stairs never posed a problem for me, and I felt extremely safe in this location near the heart of St. Matthews. I hope to stay here on future visits to my family in Louisville.

Ben was such a friendly and genuine host, the neighbors were welcoming, the place was spotless and cozy (the squish of the couch tho! 🥰), and the location is just DARLING, so walkable and quaint and charming. Worth your stay! My partner and I had a wonderful time with our pup.

Stayed here a week transitioning from one house to another. Extremely clean and quiet and provided the serenity we needed after a week of packing and moving. Parking was covered and very close to the unit. The amenities are resort-like. Thank you Bourbon Rental team for a great experience.

Second time here. My wife and I love this place for a night away from the kids. The Mellwood Tavern is a great hangout with great food and drinks.

Pictures do not do it justice! This apartment has been lovingly restored with a perfect combination of original charm and updated modern conveniences. Beds are very comfortable, beautifully furnished and has everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient to all parts of Louisville and there is easy street parking out front. My only one (minor) recommendation would be to consider adding sound machines in the bedrooms. There was a decent amount of car/street noise on a Saturday night and some white noise would have helped to drown out some of the sounds. However, a lot of this will be solved in winter, when the window air units are removed and the windows are able to fully shut. Fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone! Look forward to staying again in the future!

My stay at Corey's place was perfect for our family. The location was in a good neighborhood that was safe, peaceful and quiet. The unit had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of closet space. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and appreciated the oil, spices, sugar and creamer that was provided. The laundry room had starter pods and dryer sheets which came in handy. The host had excellent communication throughtout our stay. We will definitely stay at Corey's place again if we visit and highly recommend it.

The place was exactly as pictured and was fully stocked and very clean. Parking easily available on the street. Great location in a residential neighborhood with restaurants close by. Lisa is also a very responsive host.

The unit was very nice. Love the 2 levels and the rooftop deck. Within walking distance to everything downtown Louisville has to offer. Maureen provided spot on instructions and recommendations for things to do. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This spot is in a league of its own. Warrants a 6/5 rating because it surpasses any 5/5 place I've stayed at before. The location can't be beat. It's in the best part of Louisville. Multiple fantastic bars and restaurants within a short walk. Coffee shops walkable. Carmichael bookstore walkable. The space was super clean, and private. Any appliance you could want is in the kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Its decorated cute. The bed was massive and had the most comfortable bedding. I am jealous I don't have that comfortable of bedding at home. We didn't have time to play games or use the tv but they provided multiple gaming consoles and games. The hosts also left us multiple local drinks and snacks (thank you btw!). The entire stay felt like a celebrity experience.

The host was responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to help us get into the space seamlessly. He responded to any question quickly and the space was immaculately clean! We will definitely stay again in this beautiful space in a really neat area.

We had an excellent visit! Had a family function we were driving into town for & reached out to inquire about a space on AB&B. I was informed that one was booked, but there was a similar one available. The link was sent & the space worked. I booked & the communication & follow up was great. Once we arrived, checking in was easy. The space was very neat & clean. We were immediately comfortable. It's a charming place & the record player was a nice touch we enjoyed. We rested very well & really liked our stay. Would definitely booked again!

Tyler was a great host! We decided to stay an extra night and they were very polite and willing to make sure we had a great stay. The space was very clean and we had no issues at all. Great place to stay for your next trip to Louisville!

Just WOW! We stay in Louisville at least once a month and this has been by far my absolute favorite air bnb! The host was super helpful and the amenities were phenomenal. We truly did not want to leave the air bnb.
