Moises description of the place was spot on,very clean felt like home. he was very polite and quick with responding with any questions I had. worked with me when I need to extend my stay. very fast internet was perfect for gaming. I would definitely book Moises place again.

We really enjoyed staying at Jonathan's Amelia Earhart inspired apartment. We were there for the Heartland Conference Championship playoffs for our daughter's BC lacrosse team, so we also needed to work a few days between games. Wi-fi was strong and the accommodations allowed us both to work without interruptions. The place was clean, roomy for us and our two adult children. Would definitely stay there again. Location was great too, we could walk to BC or downtown within 10-15 min. Bed's were comfortable too!

I can't say enough about how great Brandon was to our group. We had some employees staying there for several months and anything they needed was handled very quickly. They were always very responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful and nicely equipped. I highly recommend this home.

This place was perfect. It was super easy to find and super easy to get inside. The owner was super helpful with any issues I had which they really was no issues. The house was extremely clean and very detailed . It had all the supplies I needed, and the sheets smelled amazing!!! I would highly recommend anybody to stay here and I will definitely be staying here every time I come visit my grandma

Nicole was absolutely awesome. She was respectful and responsive. I had a couple issues with the property. The first issue i had was the location. Although it was across from the Base, I seen a lot of drug addicts around the area. I seen the same beat up cars circling the block or sitting in the parking lot talking to some of the people that appeared to be addicts. My second issue was the noise from upstairs. There was a lot of stomping and banging and screaming. My third issue was the couch. On the left side the back was loose which gave no support to my back. The toilet was loose but when I reported that, Nicole was quick to respond. All that said, I would stay again. I would give the host a 10/10 meanwhile I will give the property a 9/10 and location 4/10.

We were locals so Craig seemed very hesitant to rent to us but he ended up excepting us. The building was super quiet the whole time we occupied the Airbnb. Craig keeps his place very clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this listed place.

it was a very nice time, and Ms Teresa was so helpful the whole time! she helped us with a loud tenant, and let us extend our bnb while looking for another place to stay. the only thing I didn't realize is that there is a huge window right behind the bed; it's curtained, but it was a little jarring at first.

Rob was great. We only had two issues, one of which was dead batteries on the TV remote. He responded immediately and got us taken care of very quickly. The only other issue we had is completely out of Rob's hands and that is the uppity neighbor to the west. Don't park in front of her mailboxes! But like I said, Rob had no control over that and there are plenty of places to park around this house. Smithville is a cute little town and there are a couple of eateries and a couple of bars within walking distance. The coupon at the local coffee shop was definitely a plus! We will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely stunning place!! It was the perfect place to relax in-between paranormal investigations in Atchison. Everything was perfect! Loved all of the entertainment options they offered, they had great local recommendations, and a generous amount of k cups for the refrigerator to refuel. the decor and vibe of the place is incredible! loved having the option of LED candles for a nice low lighting ambience. Will absolutely the next time I'm in Atchison!

Nicely and quiet place. If you like colonial buildings this is an excellent place to stay. There is no too much things to see on the tv and I didn’t able to broadcast between my phone/laptop, but I rested fantastically.All services were good but there wasn’t heating inside the apartment, I was freezing inside a little bit. Overall good!

Fabulous stay for the price. Very clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I didn't like was the downtown area that it was in. But that's not her fault.
