Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint John

There were 5 couples in our group. We had adequate space and accommodations. Everything was as described and pictured. Very peaceful and comfortable. It was a great place to spend time with friends and create long lasting memories. A great time was had by all. A very nice place to stay during a stay in St Thomas. I will definitely contact Suzy for our next stay on the island. Thank you to all her staff and to everyone that helps keeps this beautiful home looking great.

This is the most magical place I have ever stayed. It's the perfect balance of naturally beautiful/ tranquil and eclectic/cool artsy vibe. The host is so lovely and made us feel right at home while also being really great about respecting our privacy. The location is close to Cruz Bay (about a 15-minute drive) where you can easily find great restaurants and bars. And about a 5-10 minute stroll to a local beach and Chocolate Hole. At night, we walked up to the top of the hill, and the stars were incredible because the location was remote enough to have very little ambient light. I also have to give a shout out to the beautiful, vibrant wall murals and art. It really makes the space special. Would recommend this highly to anyone wanting to relax and reconnect in an absolutely stunning environment.

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

Perfect couples getaway! Completely felt like a little private villa carved out overlooking the Caribbean. A small 4x4 best to accommodate the private gated driveway. Super intimate setting on a beautiful landscape. Close to everything you could want in an island. Host was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Looking forward to doing again.!

Had the best weekend at Mark’s Airbnb. A gorgeous, private base for St Thomas explorations. Incredible porch for sitting and enjoying the jungle, day or night, and one of my favorite outdoor showers ever! Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. If I come back to st Thomas, I would 100% stay here again.

Limeberry is a beautiful house in a great location. Walking distance to a gorgeous , mellow beach. Perfect for swimming and not overrun with cruise ship traffic. The hosts were extremely responsive (responded immediately!) and even offered to escort us to the house if we had any problems finding it on Christmas Day! (We had no trouble finding it.) Only a couple of issues - the driveway is a bit tricky getting out of. Must back up a long way down a tight road. But we took it slow and had no problems. Also, the house is very vertical with a lot of random steps. My elderly mother was with me, and though I loved the house, I wouldn’t recommend it to an older person. The downstairs bedroom was her best option but she had to descend four steep steps with NO railing. Otherwise, for a younger crowd the house is perfect!

This is the second time we have stayed in Coral Bay. Although I thought the last place was great this one far surpassed the other. Perfect place to bring our 80 year old Father, and also our 30 year old son and his new wife. We all had our perfect place. Sounds like we were very lucky with the weather, and can not complain about a thing.

One thing that stood out to me was great communication skills. I felt right at home, if I needed anything and I mean anything all I needed to do was ask. I ran out of toothpaste and the host brought it right up to me in seconds. Very Beautiful home and views. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this Airbnb to friends and family. We had a very nice stay at this Airbnb! It was our first time in the BVI so we were looking for somewhere relatively close to several beaches on the north coast and this area near Carrot Bay and Apple Bay was perfect for us — a nice bonus that the sunsets right at the end of the street are truly beautiful as well. Some nice restaurants in the general vicinity heading towards Long Bay as well. The Airbnb was very comfortable. Bed/pillows comfortable. Lots of space throughout. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom area. Very easy communication throughout with the host Philicia. No problems whatsoever with checkin/out. We always rent a vehicle when traveling in the Caribbean, thus we really appreciated the easy parking spot right in front of the Airbnb as well. Thanks very much.

Beautiful views and central location. It could have been hard to find, but the detailed instructions made it easy.

Thelma is a lovely lady. She is very responsive to questions. The place was clean and comfortable-just the basics, but that's what we want. We did have a little trouble with the directions, but Thelma was just call/message away to clarify for us.

Donald’s place was AMAZING! The pictures don’t do it justice. You have sunsets from your patio, rainbows in the distance watching little storms blow by and best of all a 5 star resort next door that with restaurants/swing seat bar, coffee shop etc. As others have mentioned the pool is not included but a day pass for 100$ a person of which 75$ is resort credit makes for an excellent pool/ beach day. The studio is great and Donald goes out of his way to make sure you get in easy and provides local recommendations. Long bay Beach was 1 min walk and wonderful for am coffee walks. Easy to get to from the west end ferry and would recommend renting a car to explore. Don’t over think this spot as you’re not going to find a better value in this area.

Gorgeous views and great island feel nestled into the hill! Barb was super accommodating and helpful, definitely and 5 star stay!

Second stay at this great place. Well-appointed, spacious apartment with great views and lots of easy-to-find and use lights/fans. Easy move in/out with a very short flat walk from an off-street parking space, an almost impossible thing to find on these hilly islands. The hosts put a lot of thought and care into setting up this rental and were very welcoming and helpful.

The place is awesome, actually my forth time staying and it will always be my place to stay . I love it ❤️

This place was great - spacious, quiet and clean. No need to rent a car! Walk down to Sudi's or to the beach bar. If you just want to unwind with a book and your hammock under the trees with your toes in the water, snorkel or play beach volleyball look no further. Lots of iguanas and chickens running around. Very laid back spot and no one bothers you.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

The property was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Thomas responded immediately after reaching out to him. I enjoyed my stay there.

David was so communicative in advance of our stay and made sure that we had all of the information needed to be prepared and to have a wonderful time. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials like hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. We did not use any of the beach/snorkel gear so I cannot comment on that. The staff at Point Pleasant were all extremely friendly and helpful. Taxis were easy to get and they did not mind dropping us off at the top near the condo at night. Overall, a wonderful apartment and David was a great host. Would rent again if I return to the island.

The Condo is beautiful and well appointed and the setting was superb! We travelled to different beaches each day and then spent the later afternoons on Cowpet Bay which was a nice break from the crowds.

Our stay was fantastic! Pictures definitely don’t do the condo justice. The view greets you as you enter, and is sorting we enjoyed throughout our stay. Everything was better described, except the annoying speed bumps in the parking lot. ;) Would recommend this place to anyone who asked! It seemed to be about 15th minutes to most things. We ate at the 2 restaurants close by, every night. We liked the setting better at Izzy’s at Bolonga Bar, but our food was great at both. It was really nice to have a pool to relax & cool off in!

We had a great 1 week stay at Jeffrey's place! The rental was spacious & comfortable, and the view on the patio was beautiful - perfect for coffee or happy hour. We loved watching boats cruise into Red Hook. It's a good value & a really nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. A nice perk was being able to buy ice from the office for this community of buildings. We pack a cooler most days that was a huge win for us. Note for you light sleepers (like me): you will hear people walking upstairs + neighborhood roosters early every morning. My deep-sleeping husband was completely unaffected. 😂

Second time staying here. Absolute gem of a place with beautiful views.
