The lower house unit is a 1 bedroom and also has a sleeper sofa. "RendeView" includes a concierge with our Property Manager picking you up from the ferry in Cruz Bay. We have AC's in each bedroom, a generator (for the islands regular power outages), and the use of our 2018 AWD Kia Sorento that seats 7. Our home is located 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, past the Westin. Besides the amazing views, our guests love our unique showers that allow you to shower while overlooking the beautiful bay below. We offer access to a private beach below at Klein Bay.

Authentic St. John experience with stunning panoramic views of Cruz Bay. 5-bedroom property with 2 separate villas, sleeping 6-10 people all king size rooms. Upper 3-bedroom villa boasts huge deck with opportunity to sit with a large group and enjoy the views. Second 2-bedroom villa has a beautiful wraparound deck. We just added a beautiful new bar next to the courtyard and pool area. Villas are situated on a dead-end road, so it's very quiet, and just minutes from Cruz Bay.

A spacious living area features a large, light-colored sectional sofa and a wooden coffee table. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and large glass doors open to a deck with scenic views of the bay and surrounding landscape.

With our excellent location close to 2 great beaches and the bars/restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores in Redhook will make your vacation go smoothly. We are 5 minute drive from Redhook on the east end of St Thomas. We are on the $1 Safari route as well. Linquist Beach and Sapphire Beach are both about a 3 minute drive away.
