I loved the place, the location, everything was amazing!!!

Very pleasant stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family. Quiet, peaceful lake setting (even though it was very cold out and no swimming in the lake at 20 degrees!).. It was a good place to rest after the noise and activity of our large family 3 day gathering!

Such a wonderful place!! Loved this lake house-and the property! Victoria and Kevin were absolutely amazing to work with- and so was John (and his daughter) at the Pontoon rental that Victoria recommended. We had a great family vacation- highly recommend!

Marisa and Eric were great hosts! They were so accommodating and helpful with our travel plans! Their home was perfect and I would highly recommend it and we would definitely stay there again!

An excellent experience, they even surprised us with cake and a happy birthday banner! I highly recommend that you book immediately. This was a cozy place to stay for several days and we weren’t ready to leave!

We had a great girls weekend at Tim’s place. Beautiful home for a large group. Plenty of space! Very well stocked and made for a fabulous trip!

We enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day getaway! The property was spacious, clean, and well-furnished — We felt right at home. Kitchen was well-stocked, hot tub was great, and neighborhood was very peaceful. Highly recommend!

Tom's place was all I needed for a quick weekend stay visiting family nearby. No frills, but clean, easily accessible and as described.

We absolutely loved our stay at “the dump”and rate this a 4.8! Photos do not do this place justice, it’s incredibly well maintained and perfectly beach themed with modern touches. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed, including toddler friendly cups, bowls, plates (which was a bonus). Couch, kitchen chairs, pillows and beds were comfortable. Beach area is absolutely incredible, very large and there are shells which our toddler loved collecting. What would make this a 5 star: umbrella or shade structure for the beach when needed (it was super hot during our stay), deep cleaning of all cob webs under and around furniture, filters for coffee machine, dishwasher pods, laundry pods/detergent, luggage stands, hooks everywhere for clothes, bathing suits, towels, etc., filtered water brita or similar. Overall an amazing long weekend spent on the beach, we even added an additional day to our stay and it was super easy. Thank you so much; we will be back!!

Sierra’s place was our entire family’s favorite stop on our journey from NC to MN! It was dog and family friendly and even with the cold and wind and snow it was cozy and comfortable and peaceful. We all wished we could stay another couple of days just to enjoy it! Would absolutely come back!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Sitting in the hot tub late in the evening with the cool air and the full moon was amazing! We look forward to returning in the warm weather to enjoy the lake at its fullest. Kim was very responsive during our stay.

Each holiday season, my family chooses a centralized location in the Illinois area to meet, relax, and enjoy our time together. This property is by far the best spot we have every had. There is a large open kitchen to dining room to converse while cooking. Plenty of bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, and a surprise 1/2 bathroom in the garage area for a little more "privacy" when needed. The living room is a wide open space, comfortably fitting up to 10 people. The fireplace is incredible and even has fans to turn on when you want the ambiance, but not the extra heat. The "play room" has foosball, pingpong, and an old nintendo style video game system. All are in brand new condition. The ping pong table is sturdy with high quality paddles. Out in the garage there is a treadmill and pool table. Garage is heated and it seems like there will be more renovations added to that area to make it even more enjoyable. Outdoor space is tranquil, spacious, and well kept!

Great place to stay if you’re going to Notre Dame football game. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Great place for a peaceful walk or jog. The fall colors around the lake are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay . It was a perfect get away for our son’s 13th birthday. Didn’t catch any fish but did have some bites . Met some beautiful swan, enjoyed the decor and small touches in this house. Would love to see the lake alive in the summer. Had some difficulty locking up but i know they are working on the exterior of the home . We would stay again :)

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The house is super cute and is close to the beach, shops, restaurants , the grocery store, and more! We were out of a few things but they responded immediately and dropped it off asap! We would definitely come back! Thank you!

Loved the house. It was comfortable and very spacious. Very nicely decorated. Walked to the beach and restaurants nearby. Great grocery store in walking distance. Would definitely rent this house again. Stayed there with two three couples and each of us had a nice bedroom and bathroom.

The space was well decorated, spacious and perfect for our family. I really appreciated the fact that the house was nice and warm once we arrived considering the Chicago winter. Our family was able to be comfortable and enjoy our stay with no major issues.

Jay's place more than met the needs of me and my family. While the space isn't in the heart of OP/Lake Street, everything we needed for a pleasant stay was easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, I would recommend Jay's place to anyone visiting the OPRF area.

Really liked this house! Spacious, clean, open concept on first floor, lots of windows for daylight. Nestled in a nice neighborhood not far from town. Felt very comfortable in the area and enjoyed our stay!
