Place was great. Deep Bay is the best beach on the island and 15min walk from the apartment. Be prepared to drive or hire taxis - driving is tough on the island.

Stayed here for a my birthday trip. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable with plenty of towels/ linens and fully stocked for a vacation. Elena was an amazing host- very kind and accommodating. Made sure we were welcomed at check-in and personally handed keys. She even gave me a small gift! She also helped arrange the airport transfer (Manny) who ended up becoming our new friend & driver the entire stay. Cannot thank her enough for going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The area is very safe and peaceful. Having the golf cart included was a huge benefit since it’s quite inside Jolly Harbor. The golf cart was perfect for getting around in the complex, going to the beach, getting groceries, etc. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Antigua, home away from home, this is great. I’d definitely book again.

I was on a solo trip, Shaquille was very accommodating, he offered to pick me up once I landed into the country. He's an extraordinary person with such grace and great hospitality. I could not of have a wonderful time without him. He tailored to my vacation, giving his time to accompany where I wanted to go. He's knowledgeable about the Island and was able to give me advised in my interests. I will recommend his accommodation anytime.

A Hidden Gem! This place was such a cute cozy place and had everything you needed for a quick short stay. The infinity pool over looking the beautiful scenery was a plus. I’m very big on customer service and Alincia customer service was superb. She addressed and answered all my questions and concerns and made sure both my sister and I were taking care of prior to arrival and upon arrival. Neil was such a wonderful host as he also showed us a few places in town and directed us on where to find restaurants and bars. The only thing I would suggest is to find a local driver to take you to and from places or rent a car. I really enjoyed staying at this cozy hidden gem. I honestly can’t wait to come back to Antigua to stay here again. Thank you so much Alincia & Neil for going above and beyond for us during our stay we truly appreciate it.

Villa Sofie was amazing! Sofie & Devon went above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect & they facilitated us with any request we had. location is walking distance to Jolly beach which is extremely beautiful & grocery, restaurants etc. the Villa is outfitted with everything you would need & more, meticulously cleaned & maintained. we truly had a great time here & would return or recommend to anyone.

Our stay at Bay House was exactly what we expected, based on what we saw and learned about the property prior to arriving. Emalyn, the property manager, was fantastic with getting us checked in and informing us of everything we needed to know. The property is very well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The restaurants across the street and the grocery store just up the road are super convenient. Howard coordinated the reservation of a rental car for us upon arrival at the airport, and both the pick-up and drop off went very smoothly. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property and owner!

The boat house was such a great choice in a stunning location. We had an en-suite for each of our three adult couples and we also made full use of the outdoor space which is great for sunbathing and watched the various boats go by. There’s a fully equipped modern kitchen and a TV with access to all uk channels. Jolly Beach is fab, and there are so many others just a few miles up the coast. We hired a car to explore which we would highly recommend doing to enjoy the lovely beaches and scenery. Lesley and Keith were great hosts and made sure everything was very easy for us, we are very happy to highly recommend the boat house and Jolly Harbour as a great location to enjoy a fantastic holiday.

I am a repeat guest. I am very proud to say that. Just like the first visit, Jamila was responsive and attentive. Check in was easy. I am just technologically slow. That slight setback was easily resolved. My poor mother jumped when she heard Jamila’s voice through the intercom. My family was very comfortable. They were even more comforted when the standby generator kicked in when electricity went. Thanks Jamila for your support during what could have been an even more difficult stay. Our home in Antigua. Splendid. Mommy spoke all the time how nice the house was. She had to wash. It was then I knew it officially. Too notch. Much thanks. Always appreciate your support.

This place was very nice and clean. I also felt very safe! We were provided with everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

This property is an older property and there was a hot water issue when I arrived. Nevertheless, the apartment was spacious and well-appointed with an AC that worked exceptionally well. It had all the practical amenities that mattered and an unexpected plus of a generator that worked when the electricity went out during my stay.

Staying at the McAlister’s was the best part of the whole trip the family is so amazing and welcoming. Amazing view and close to all of the local things to do! They were very responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything and it made it feel like home away from home. Will definitely stay again!

We were very happy with our stay, and would have been happy to stay for longer. The condo was just as expected-- beautiful ocean view, spacious, comfortable furnishings, and a large kitchen. It is located close to multiple beaches, restaurants and a well stocked grocery store, which is very convenient. We had a hard time finding the condo the first time for check-in as it does not have a traditional address that our GPS recognized, but once we called Silvia she guided us to the property. I think asking for a dropped pin in our maps app for navigation purposes would have prevented our issue, so I recommend doing that when guests are on their way to check-in. If you need a rental car the property is right by a rental car company who were very helpful to us when we needed a Temporary Driving Permit to operate our rental car. Overall we'd recommend Silvia's spot to anyone traveling who wants views, access, and comfort.

We had an excellent 5 nights at Simonetta's place. Her communication was excellent before we arrived and while we were there. She greeted us with smiles, positivity and and lots of helpful information. There's a great community at the apartments and it's perfect for families, couples and other parties.

Great host very responsive and accommodating

We loved our time at Lis’ place. The location is wonderful, being able to walk to the beach. We also loved having breakfast on the balcony each morning, with a beautiful view of the water. Our host was extremely responsive, answering every message extremely promptly, completely, and was always super helpful to us. The dedicated parking spot for our rental car was also nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Lis!

12 Marina Bay is a lovely apartment with fantastic views! The location is great with two beaches and restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are free loungers for the nearest beach. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the incredible, ever-changing views over the Caribbean Sea and small inlet we were living above. The apartment had everything we needed and Snezana was nearby to help with anything else we required, including a lift to the nearby, well-stocked supermarket. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation.

From the moment I booked ... response was within 30 minutes and I was in an emergency situation. Everything about this rental was GREAT. COMMUNICATION was #1 with both Mr & Mrs. I loved that the property was well kept & well lite up. Made me feel super safe. I got IMMEDIATE responses to any of my questions or needs. Very clean property and condo. Beautiful beach and VERY WELL MAINTAINED. Over night we got ALOT of Sargasm on the beach and when I tell you Bob had it cleaned up IMMEDIATELY. This is a piece of paradise. There is nothing this place doesn’t have, peaceful location, one of the best beaches on the doorstep, bird watching paradise, all the amenities. It is a home away from home. We can’t wait to return to this place and to stay longer. The house is absolutely beautiful, new, clean, and spacious, located in an excellent position. The hosts, Chelsie and Jenny, are fantastic and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by offering to assist me with booking restaurants and excursions. Gayle's condo was amazing!! The patio area was beautiful, large and private. You just walk right out to the beach and a awesome beach bar right next door. Was super convenient. The location is perfect, direct beach ocean front. Couldn't ask for more. Gayle is a great host and responds so fast. Dickenson Bay is a great beach area and this condo was amazing!

Beautiful modern and clean apartment in lovely surroundings, and so close to the beach and pool. The unit was very well equipped and we really enjoyed the lovely patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The gardens are so beautiful and the whole property is looked after so well by the staff there. We would highly recommend this property and we would definitely book again. Residential Rental Properties are excellent communicators and very helpful.
