Beachfront vacation rentals in Saint John

We had a wonderful time at Pillar rock. The condo is located on the beach and close proximity to supermarkets. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and yet cozy beach condo. Gary is a kind and responsive host who was there to answer/help with any questions that we had settling into a new place. We highly recommend Gary’s place and look forward to return in the near future. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories as a family in Antigua. We truly felt like at home.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It was charming, spacious and exactly what we were looking for and a great price. The location was amazing and within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and English Harbour - we also had a lovely view overlooking the water. There was a great outdoor area with plenty of beds where you could sunbath around the pool. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and flexible with what we needed. Very good value for the money spent - there were 7 of us and we were all very happy there! Thank you Thelbert!

Well a perfect piece of paradise, from entering this wonderful beach set villa we were all blown away, the decor fab, beds really comfy and sitting area spacious and very relaxing. Kitchen really very well equipped plus bathroom toiletries supplied. But outside veranda by far the best part, very spacious two dining areas and lovely relaxing sitting area too. Outside shower and bbq, this villa had it all really couldn’t ask for more, perfect 10. Akeem and Valerie great hosts, Akeem kindly sorted taxi to Shirley Heights and made booking for us in advance of our stay. Straight back immediately with any queries we had, couldn’t ask for better hosts. 7 nights stay wish we had booked longer but do hope to return.

I was thinking of giving Merlin House a negative review so that no one else would go there and we could keep it a secret. Instead I’m going to say that this is one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed at, and absolutely unbeatable for views. Nathan’s hospitality was superb, the location is stunning and peaceful. A better place to relax and enjoy I can’t think of.

Had a great stay. Amazingly conveniently located for both marinas but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Lovely Gem of a home set in south Finger. House was very Clean and FULLY Equipped. All we needed was to buy Food for Breakfast. The lounge and the Decking Dock was my Chill out zone, which was needed after relaxing in the beautiful Sun. All what you need is close at hand, and if you want to go to St John’s you can catch a bus at the top of the road. This townhouse Airbnb is fully Recommended

Great location, near a beautiful beach (our favourite so far!!) and direct access to the water for my SUP!! The house had beautiful views from the balcony and patio. It was spacious, had everything you need to cook and has washer/dryer facilities. Air con worked well. Added bonus was UK plug adapters as we forgot ours!! You will definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. The supermarket in the complex is the best we have found so far and the only place that seems to sell fresh milk. El Porto was reasonably priced, food was good and there was live music on Monday.

Great, clean apartment with an amazing view of the Caribbean sea. Well managed with 24x7 security and a day reception that was helpful for us to book cabs etc. The staff was very friendly and were also helpful for letting us stay a bit longer since our flight was in the evening. The location is perfect as it's pretty much right on the beach and there are several restaurants in neighbouring resorts + a convenient pickup point for excursions right on the beach. There's also a grocery store right outside the property which means you never have to drive / walk anywhere too far

Chris and Katie were very responsive and pleasant hosts. The Villa was sunny and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and located at a convenient part of Jolly Harbour. The Villa is located in an extremely safe neighborhood and is close to all local amenities. The backyard that sits on the Harbor deserves a particular mention - it was beautiful! I highly recommend their place and look forward to staying there again!!

Finding the place was easy and check in was fast. The unit is located a short walk to the beach and between 2 restaurants. The beaches are very nice and not crowded at all. There is also a store across the parking lot. The gounds are beautiful and and we never saw more than a few people at the pool. The only issue was a rocking and leaking toilet. I reported it and within 30 minutes, it was fixed. The place feels extremely safe! Security is always patrolling and monitoring the screen. The entire staff was nice and accommodating. We'd return in a heartbeat! We actually wanted to extend but there was no availability. We would definitely recommend this place.

Kevin is an excellent host--very prompt to answer queries, has helpful suggestions. It is a 2 bedroom accommodation with ensuite facilities on the first floor. The ground floor has the open plan kitchen with the beautiful patio opening out on the water's edge. A few sun loungers and a table with chairs make it the perfect spot for coffee/meals. The villa is 3/4 minute walk to a couple of beach bars and a 15 minute walk to the more upscale restaurants. Similar distance to the supermarket. The community is gated, was peaceful and felt secure. Jolly Harbour is a fair distance from St Johns and one would need a taxi to reach there or indeed any other sights in Antigua. There is a bus stop near the main market but we did not use the local bus. All in all, it was a great stay.

We had a great stay at Charissa’s in Jolly Harbour! The house is in a great location, lots of space and we enjoyed the many outdoor seating areas the house has to offer. We found the home very comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and great to have a water dispenser.

Was later arriving and missed check-in, John was very responsive and sorted it out quickly. Great location, everything you need will stop again.

We had a fabulous time at this villa! We had multiple family members stay in Jolly Harbour at the same time and our villa was much more updated and modern than the others. The central air was perfect on the hot and humid days. Jolly Harbour is perfect for families with small children. Everything was close by and we always felt safe. The villa next door was still gutted but there was no construction going on during our stay. It is walkable but I would recommend a golf cart for carting beach gear and groceries.
