Stunning 3 bdrm. River Paradise on 7 acres!

Very unique place. We enjoyed the grounds and sitting by the fire outside. Our fur baby enjoyed exploring too. It was relaxing and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. We also drove into nearby Covington and had a great lunch at LOLA.

Beat the heat - Pool! Uptown Victorian Charm

The location was perfect for us as it was midway on St. Charles- so easy to get anywhere. Having the pool was ideal in order to cool off after a hot day. Pool was clean and well maintained. Linens were exceptionally soft and the entire apartment was very neat and clutter free. Also, we never had any problems locating off street parking nearby.

Nicki’s home was an amazing place to stay during our trip to New Orleans. We wanted something with authenticity in a residential area away from the madness, and this was perfect. It felt like we were truly immersed in the history of the area, but with all the comforts one could ask for. Comfortable beds and thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like home, and a quick 2-block walk to Magazine St offered tons of cute coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicki was a great host and let us leave our bags early ahead of check in time. I would happily stay here again!

The location was perfect for my group’s needs. We were within walking distance to Raising Canes Convention Center. The house was spectacular! Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two clean bathrooms, a large kitchen, a nice living area to relax, and very affordable. Our host, Deirdre, was wonderful! She responded quickly and helped through every step of the process. You can’t go wrong staying at this home!

Prime location off Fretet st. Get place for walking entertainment and night life. Property has a nice pool and great outdoor lounging. The host is very responsive and has done a get job at making sure the place has all of the amenities that one could wish for in an airbnb. Felt more at home than other rentals i have had because literally everything there. Bonus - Massive amount of board games!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my stay with David and Dag! They were responsive, helpful, and overall outstanding hosts. I have been to New Orleans often and have stayed in a lot of different places but this by far was my favorite! My husband and I had an amazing experience walking around the neighborhood and exploring all Magazine St and Uptown had to offer. The hosts left an excellent guide book full of recommendations for food and fun. It was quiet, clean, and so close to everything we wanted. You wont be disappointed!

We had a great vacation down south away from the city. This place was everything we were looking for, beautiful, relaxing and right on the water. My husband and son love to fish and they caught catfish, crabs etc right off the water edge! We had so much fun exploring, especially the airboat tour with Alligators!!! Rachel is an amazing host and we hope to come back again😊

Alexandra's place was so comfortable!! It was beautifully decorated and the beds were perfect for a good night's rest. She included everything you might need and more. My daughter got a minor cut while we were out and Alexandra had a full first aid kit available in the bathroom. We tried one of Alexandra's restaurant recommendations for each of our meals and each one was amazing! We didn't have a single bad meal. Thank you so much Alexandra and family!

New Orleans holds so many memories for us, some too wild to tell. This trip was to celebrate my 65th birthday and Bob and Sue made sure we did that in style. From the moment we checked in and all during our stay, they made sure every detail was covered. They even had a beautiful birthday card, a "Happy Birthday" tiara and a bottle of champagne, waiting for our arrival. Airbnb needs more Hosts like these two. I have already told several friends about this place. The next time we visit NOLA, we will be staying at Casa Martini.

Jules provided great communication through the whole stay. Very friendly and sent helpful info. The place itself was clean and exactly like it looks in the pictures. Plenty of extra linens and towels (we didn't need them, but really nice to know they were there if we did!). If we were to swing by, we'd definitely stay with her again and would recommend to family/friends. Thank you Jules for a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb while visiting New Orleans! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the action but in a quiet area that allowed for a good night’s rest. The host was incredibly responsive. Great house to host all 13 of us who were in town for a friends wedding! Lots of space for each of us and was very peaceful place by the water. Jim was very responsive if we had a question. It was very clean and well taken care of home. If we ever made our way back down that way, we would stay again!
