Apartment vacation rentals in Paris

Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Exceeded expectations, there are many reasons for this excellent mark: great location, amazing views, clean and bright, feeling very secure, no issues during the six-day stay, very accurate description, and an excellent host. Location is in the Quartier Latin in front of the Sorbonne, very close to restaurants, grocery shops, cafes and bakeries, close to various Paris landmarks including Notre Dame which is a 7 minutes walk away, and a five minute walk to RER and metro stations. Amazing views of the Sorbonne, and of the Eiffel Tower with the sunset, giving a feeling of being on top of Paris. Adding to the charm is that the studio is located in a typical Parisian building. David is a great host, very friendly, communicates very well, and is always available. The check-in was very efficient and David assisted with the luggage and showed this wonderful, well thought-out "smart" and comfortable studio. Merci beaucoup David, we'll be back!

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

The location of this cozy place is phenomenal: 2 blocks from the train and walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants! This apartment is very clean and well organized. Pascal and Virginia were friendly and responsive. We would happily stay here again!

Wonderful! Would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Great flat, great host, and lots to do steps from the front door. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. Was spotlessly clean and well appointed. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Thank you Malik!

Gilles' apartment is very clean and modernly equipped. The technical equipment is top-notch. The apartment is to the point - small, but very nice. 😉😉 We would like to mention an important point - there is an elevator. Not common everywhere in Paris. The location of the apartment is ideal for all kinds of excursions. If you arrive by car, you will find numerous parking garages, e.g. Hotel de Ville (highly recommended, priced at 105 euros for four nights). We will be happy to come back. 😉😉

I stayed a month and was sorry to leave. The apartment is has everything: a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room and bedroom and a modernized bathroom. Lots of light, beautiful city views. The bed is what we would call a double but very comfortable. Heat worked great, as did the hot water. A+++

We had a wonderful stay and we felt right at home. We appreciated the host allowing us to check-in earlier since we had an early arrival. The apartment was very cozy and functional located in a very elegant Paris neighborhood. The surrounding area had many restaurants and shops which we enjoyed. Our experience exceeded expectations; we would definitely return.

A must stay location, eclectic decor with wonderful Alexa technology for lighting. Very warm and inviting. Perfect location, attentive and accommodating host. We would definitely book again. If you come, bring sheets and pillowcases. Only bottom sheet provided. Otherwise pillow shams and duvet covers only. Five stars all the way.

This Airbnb was perfect for our stay in Paris. The location was perfect- close to two metro stations, amazing restaurants and shopping, and close to the Louvre. Laurence was an amazing host and sent us travel guides well in advance of our trip, and even showed us around the neighborhood and recommended great restaurants when we checked in. We felt right at home and comfortable in the space. It was absolutely perfect!

If you don't know where to stay in Paris then this is the place for you. It's in a peaceful part of the city but still has the lovely architecture, loads of bakeries, great restaurants and easy access to the metro. It's also easy walking distance to the city centre and the stroll to enjoy the jardin de Luxembourg is a must. The apartment itself is lovely, really spacious and well designed to make it super comfortable and relaxing after a long day seeing the sights of Paris. It also has a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a quiet glass of wine. The instructions are super clear for checkin and the host was easy to communicate with. The only improvement I can think of might be a list of local recommendations in the apartment. Paris is a big city and it's always great to get some tips from a local!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Paris! The apartment was charming, clean, and full of character with the best Eiffel Tower views—just what you’d hope for in a Parisian getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance to cafés, bakeries, and iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Isolda was welcoming and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems. It felt like a home away from home, and I truly didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Paris—highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! Beautiful private apartment in the heart of the city! Extra luxury touches like a Sonos in the bedroom, heated bathroom floors, and electric blinds were awesome. Would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Europe. Raphaels place was perfect. Great location. Such good communication and quick responses. Close to restaurants and transportation. Very central location to Eiffel Tower. View from balcony amazing. Everything I wished for from mt trip to Paris. Highly recommended

I’m a frequent visitor to Paris, but this was my first Airbnb experience. I booked Arthur’s place months in advance because it was listed as a rare find with excellent reviews. For this trip, my family and I wanted something different—a true Parisian flat with charm, character, and a great view, rather than a hotel stay. Arthur met us outside the apartment, gave us a tour, and even shared a bit about growing up there. He was always easy to reach and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. We had breakfast and lunch there comfortably—it was fully equipped for cooking. And having the Eiffel Tower right in front of us while sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was truly magical. Thank you, Arthur!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

Please stay at this studio apartment. It is newly renovated so nicely with everything you need and more. The location is just perfect. Lovely peaceful neighborhood but so close so everything in Paris. The host is just the sweetest most thoughtful. The best is the jaw dropping view...spectacular!
