We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated apartment. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The apartment itself was warm, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the easy access with the keyless entry system. Though the bathroom was small, it was very practical and well-designed. Communication with the host was excellent, and he was very accommodating, even offering flexible check-in and check-out times. A lovely bonus was the beautiful bakery located in the same building—perfect for fresh pastries in the morning! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Highly recommend! The location is in the middle of it all, yet it was very quiet and private as the windows face an inside courtyard. The unit is very efficient and was perfect for three of us. Bathroom is very modern. Beds comfortable. From the moment I booked, Stephane was extremely communicative, offering very clear directions on how to get it, how to use washer/dryer, etc. He provided local restaurant recommendations. When I had a question, he got back to me within minutes. He was also very accommodating for us with any requests we had.

The neighborhood you choose in Paris is very important to your overall experience. If you want a place that is tucked away, yet a short walk from the reason you visit Paris, then this place is great. It’s not in a high traffic area and within a block you have a cafe, pharmacy, bakery and grocery store among other things. It is secure and safe with modern amenities and comforts.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I to visit and stay in a great neighborhood! The check in and departure was flexible and easy and everything we needed was right there. I hope to stay here again!

The apartment was great for our three-person group, in a great location surrounded by shops, cafes and near many Paris landmarks. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed At Marine's apartment for the Olympics, and it proved to be so much better than staying in a hotel. It was great to come back from an event and being in an apartment together (we were three) rather than staying in individual hotel rooms. It is a very convenient location; the metro and RER stations are a five - ten minute walk; a small supermarket is twenty metres down the street, loads of cafes and restaurants. Also it felt like a proper Parisian expereince staying in a Haussmann building. Overall excellent expereince.

This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

Nina's place was really great to get to know Paris! The location was good for walking to the main attractions - however, the accommodation is located directly above a bar, which leads to a certain volume at night. The furnishings were great, the rooms sufficiently large. There was a shower room and two toilets, one of which is directly connected to one of the rooms. The equipment of the kitchen is very good.

This apartment was an absolute gem and I already can’t wait to be back! The space is an awesome blend of modern chicness and historic charm, and the location couldn't be better. Greg was incredibly attentive, easy and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Alexandre’s apartment was perfect for our stay. Very roomy and open with many windows and we even had a view of the top of the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur from the bedroom window. Wonderful cafe’s /reasturants, shops, and a pharmacy etc. within a few minutes walk in this queit yet active neighborhood.

Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Very responsive host who knows how to receive(small pleasant surprises for breakfast) Quiet and very soothing place with very well appointed small places (terrace, sauna) The bedding is of excellent quality, the bathroom made with taste.
