Vacation rentals with a kayak in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton

We had a lovely family time with our big teenagers from 11 to 16 years old renting the two cottages, Leo and Louise. The cottages are comfortable and the Leo was big enough for us to share our meals together. We went for a day of skiing in Val St-Come which is located 30 minutes from the chalets and we also went for an afternoon at the slides of St-Jean de Matha 5 minutes away. The pool table and the two spas were much appreciated and managed to get our teenagers off their screens!

Great stay overall. Communication with Renato was easy, property was beautiful and clean. We had an issue with the septic tank for which Renato quickly sent a technician to try to fix. Hopefully it will be fully fixed before the next guest.

The best chalet we've been to in the region, and the first one I'd want to go back to! it was a perfect stay. the house and kitchen are extremely well equipped. it was very very clean, lots of fun games, activities and things to do around. Host was very nice as well and very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Well-equipped kitchen, modern and functional Spa, the slow-burning fireplace worked well. Would win by having an extra shower (we were a group of 8 for a shower...): to be expected during future renovations? Missing some lights in the dining room.. These are just very light improvements that wouldn't stop us from going back! We loved the set up and our stay!

We used this venue for our company’s EOS introduction, and it was fantastic. The space was well-lit, beautifully furnished, and created the perfect environment for our session.

We had a lovely weekend with the family in Joanie and Jean-Philippe's cottage. The house is cozy, warm and well equipped. We love this part of Quebec, we'll be back for sure!

Beautiful cottage in front of Lake Mouse, ideal for strolling and resting. The accommodation was very functional with everything it takes for several days. Plus, the space is big enough. The accommodation was clean upon arrival and pleasant!

Very clean place, with spacious social area and great view to the lake (wonderful sunset). Nice spa and indoor fireplace. Internet works fine, I could work remotely. Natalie was very responsive and friendly. The stair to the second floor can be challenging for elder or kids, but it was all fine, considering we travel with both.

We rented this place for a long weekend with the family and to enjoy the tranquility in the forest. This is exactly what we had with the Luna cottage: a clean, beautiful and well-equipped cottage, quiet and surrounded by trees. Plus, the high ceilings make the space even more spacious! The spa was a nice advantage as well. Note that we have to go through an apical slope to get to the chalet and that in winter with snow and ice a suitable vehicle may be necessary. But the streets were well maintained! Thanks to Luigi and Nadia for their hospitality!

Very nice find in the countryside and across the lake. Great for walks or rest! Exceptional snow for snowshoeing!

The chalet was a great and calm place. The biggest asset for us was that dogs were allowed and there are easy hiking paths to explore with them. 15 minutes drive to Mont calm. Thoung was extremely helpful and responsive, was solving issues immediately and seeking our comfort. Highly recommend for a chill getaway.

Cara's place in Saint Anne was great. The listing was accurate with all the amenities and accommodations. We were able to enjoy a number of winter activities within just a short time - Domaine Enchanteur(ice skating) and Portneuf Natural Region Park in Saint Alban(hiking/snowshoeing). However we missed the ice fishing festival that occurs on the river in front of the house by just a couple of days. For a family of 5 the house was great - everyone could have their own space/room, and there were also plenty of other spaces in the house for relaxing. The town of Saint Anne has all the needed amenities for a relaxing winter getaway - Metro, SAQ, Le Garage Microbrasserie, and Fromagerie L'Ancetre(cheese shop). We would stay here again!

Celine's place is wonderful! It's exactly as described. If you like the pictures on the listing, then you"ll certainly be amazed when you experience it live. What made the experience extra delightful was the ease of communication. All the important information is sent to you beforehand so you don't have to search for anything. I would recommend Celine's place without hesitation. Well done!

We had a wonderful 9 day stay at Alain and Isabelle’s cabin. It was a peaceful, beautiful, cozy, and rustic… we enjoyed the lovely property, snow and amazing views. We were hoping for a quiet, restful vacation with our two kids and dog and El Squirrel did not disappoint - we’d love to come back next winter. Alain and Isabelle were very easy to communicate with and very responsive when we needed them. Merci !!

Whouah! What a beautiful cottage. Super clean and well equipped. The spa and toboggan run on the side of the house are big positives!!!:) stefania remained super responsive to our slightest questions. We will come back without hesitation!

Beautiful location by the lake. Cross-country skiing, hiking, skating, snowmobiling. Several things to do. Near the village. The base of on-site kitchen items. However , no toiletries (dryer, soap). Hard to turn on SS fireplace. Only 2 parking lots. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.
