Great weekend despite the weather that wasn't there. We had a great time on the Jade Coast. Chantal has always been responsive to our exchanges and did not hesitate to provide us with additional amenities for toddlers. We would definitely recommend. Yoann & Coraline

very nice little apartment, very clean and fabulous sea views. Christian and his wife are really very kind and attentive.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well located for strolling by the sea and shopping on foot. Good restaurants nearby. The apartment is nice, only downside for the TV box which presented some malfunctions. Stéphanie, from the concierge, welcomed us very warmly despite our delay and remained available by text message.

Very nice apartment, located 10 min from the beach & 15 min walk from the city center. Clean, very well equipped (oven, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine). Private parking. Very pleasant and responsive host. We'll definitely be back next year 😀

Apartment completely in line with the description and photos. Pleasant interior, tastefully decorated, well arranged and widely equipped. Ideal location close to Baule and Pouliquen. Very friendly environment with views of the water and the equestrian center with the exercises of the riders to look at. The heated pool is an undeniable extra comfort. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this apartment. The hosting was perfect, very attentive. Thank you so much for all the welcome touches.

Super nice host, very attentive and considerate. For my goal which was to settle into the city and stay in the studio until I find an apartment, the studio was a little far from the city center, but, although it is only served by a bus line, the stop is right in front. Would highly recommend, especially for a holiday stay. Well equipped and clean. The host's kitten frequently comes to the window, so be careful if you have allergies.

We spent a weekend in Nathalie and Sylvain's place. The accommodation is clean, very functional (everything is provided, even for infants and children, which suited us immensely) and very well located. Nathalie and Sylvain are very welcoming, responsive and very kind! We recommend this listing with our eyes closed and will be happy to come back. Barbara and Julien

Very nice place to stay

Extremely well-equipped, this small apartment is very functional and neat. The environment is peaceful, close to the ocean and a pine forest. Aline is a proactive, attentive host who takes care of the details. As you can see, everything is at its best regarding the service.

Listing as described. Small but functional. Perfect for an extended weekend with family (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). The accommodation is close to the port and amenities which allowed us to forget the car. Hearing the sea and seagulls in the morning allows a total change of scenery. The beach is just behind the building, the harbor is a 15 minute walk away. Thanks to Nicolas for his responsiveness to our quick questions. Good value for the money.

Positive points: • Host available: Very accommodating for check in and check out time! • Small, well appointed space with all necessary amenities and amenities. • 500m from the beach. • Always space nearby to park. • Recent and easy to use heating. • Built-in bed and its great mattress! • Wifi The downsides: There isn't really any! But if you had to put something on to improve the service. • The sofa bed mattress is of low quality. • Not the 23 basic channels on the TV. And the tv is not well placed to be watched from the sofa or bed. • La Baule is big, a little out of the city center, but it's not really a negative point because it allows you to be more quiet. The whole family would recommend this home!

I had a very nice quiet week. A qqs minutes walking from the beach. Shops in the village, bike paths, beautiful walks to do in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped. International value for money. Recommended

Great stay at this property. This is an apartment located in a private residence, very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very well appointed and well-equipped. Very nice pool. Ideal for a family holiday in the area. Close (max. 20 minutes drive) to a whole series of activities as well as La Baule beach. We recommend, very good experience.

The studio is spotless, clean, and cozy. It has a great location, everything is within walking distance, 10min from the beach. The environment is quiet. Marie and Victor are very responsive and available, the instructions for self check-in are very clear. I would highly recommend it!
