Super nice host, very attentive and considerate. For my goal which was to settle into the city and stay in the studio until I find an apartment, the studio was a little far from the city center, but, although it is only served by a bus line, the stop is right in front. Would highly recommend, especially for a holiday stay. Well equipped and clean. The host's kitten frequently comes to the window, so be careful if you have allergies.

This space, with its size and decor, is both cozy and warm. Very suitable for discovering the region as a couple.

Very nice little cottage, very quietly located, well equipped, very close to the sea. Very nice landlords. In the district of Sainte Marie, in addition to a few other shops, there is a market twice a week where you can buy fruits, vegetables, cheese, meat and fresh fish. Every day except Sundays there is a free bus that connects Pornic train station to the cottage. With this bus you can also go shopping to the large supermarket.

Well located accommodation close to the train station and the city center of Pornic. Two beautiful living rooms separate from the bedroom and bathroom area. Basic and sufficient comfort for one night. Sophie is a responsive host.

Very spacious, bright, very well equipped and good location. Only the road to cross and we are on the beach. Very good welcome from Aude with a little gourmet surprise upon arrival. My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

A very well-maintained dwelling. Ideally located for beautiful walks. A very well maintained and above all very clean dwelling. Everything you need to cook with but very nice restaurants nearby. I recommend it. And yes, I appreciate the seaside for peace and quiet in January.

We had a lovely stay in a quiet studio, very well located at the foot of the ocean with beautiful sunsets, facing the beach and from the hiking trails. Shops are nearby, and the secure residence, the studio is clean and well-equipped, the bedding is very comfortable. Nicolas was very responsive and flexible. We recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The view of the sea and lighthouse was stunning. With doors opening to the balcony from the living room and bedroom the view is always visible. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped and the decor was stylish. Claire’s communication was fantastic and friendly and the instructions were very clear. We really appreciated the bottle of sparking wine and biscuits she left for us. The apartment is easy walking distance to the town and you can just walk onto the beach from the residence. The pool was great and we used it a lot There is an allocated parking spot which is very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday.

The house is very spacious, well appointed, very warm, 2 steps from the beach... we were with 2 children aged 1 and 2 and the accommodation is totally suitable for them, with real separate spaces, toys etc. very quiet neighborhood, very clean accommodation, perfect communication:)

Our stay at Thibault's was fantastic! A welcoming, clean, super well-equipped house with a great view! It felt like home for a weekend. The trails that run along the coast allow for long walks and the town center of Piriac is very lively and enjoyed the Saturday morning market. A big thank you to Thibault for providing this beautiful family home.

Very nice house in a very good location for visiting the region. The environment is very relaxing and the sea is a 2-minute walk. Well-equipped house and comfortable bedding. Only one downside: the difficulty of adjusting the heating, and a slightly cool temperature despite the heat pump. I recommend this property!

Excellent address where we will eager to come back: privileged view and site by the beach, quiet house, very neat and warm layout and decoration, ultra equipped kitchen, very qualitative soaps and bathroom products... House spacious enough for 6 people. It's a really nice discovery. The welcome and all the attention given by Celine (concierge service) and Sébastien (owner) are just as exceptional. Wishlist guaranteed! Don't miss the bakery the bread tree (5 minutes by car), a top choice and quality.

Very nice house, very well-equipped and very convenient. We were able to enjoy the beautiful garden as we had nice weather, and we really appreciated being able to go directly to the beach via a small pedestrian path.
