Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Our stay at Villa Nonza was nothing short of spectacular, providing the perfect retreat for our large group. Nestled in a safe, tranquil neighborhood, the villa boasted a lush landscape, including a pool that became our central gathering spot. The crystal-clear waters of the pool, surrounded by comfortable loungers, swaying palm trees, and rambunctious lizards offered a refreshing escape from the heat. Just a short stroll away, the pristine beach provided soft, white sand and gentle waves, offering us the ideal setting for morning walks, sunbathing, and beach games. Inside, the house had everything we needed and more, from a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas to bedrooms as well as internet access. There is a reason this place is rated so highly and his name is Greg. 😜 Greg is amazing & provided us with fantastic recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. He was so kind and helpful and truly made huge difference being so far away from home. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

Superb! Everything was perfect. Florence and Nicole were excellent hosts, easily reachable and an abundant source of information. Check-in was simple and in-person with a full explanation of how things work. The apartment was super clean with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. And the location is ideal, very quiet with an amazing view. Total relaxation. It is only a 5-10 minute drive to either coast and the beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants. There is also a supermarket a 2-3 minute drive away. We did have one issue though, a leaky toilet which was fixed within hours of me notifying Florence. Now that’s service! All in all, it was an excellent stay. The hosts truly are accommodating and really strive to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

As always, the penthouse is an incredible place to stay! We feel at home with all the great amenities and being right on the water is priceless. We can walk to so many places in Simpson Bay which makes it great to either walk or drive somewhere further.

We had a great 2 week stay. Veronique was an amazing host and was very helpful and kind. The accommodations were very peaceful and private. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants with everything you need close by. We highly recommend the accommodations and Veronique as a host. Will definitely be back soon!!

We had a wonderful Christmas trip here. The villa was very comfortable and had beautiful views. The staff were friendly and when our door lock stopped working they were very responsive (even at 8pm on Christmas Day). The pool was perfect!! We hope to come back again someday. Perfect place to stay for all ages. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us.

Denis, is hands down, the best host! When communicating, he responds right away. He is very friendly, informative, accommodating, and is the true definition of what it means to be hospitable. Having been in the hospitality industry for many years, it is very rare to find a host with as much passion and dedcation as Denis. Enjoy your stay, we certainly did.

by far the best beach on the island in our opinion! always felt safe and love that we could walk to restaurants and bars . everyone there is so nice. fanny was very helpful if we needed anything. condo waas cute and comfortable. would definately stay there again.

Beautiful place with a beach house feel, great view from balcony. Clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Even had a pack n play set up and ready for our arrival. Walk across parking lot to beach- very nice! Pool was great also. Would recommend Princess Anouk to friends!

Damiens Apartment is situated in a former hotel, now residence area, so its very quiet. there is direct access to the beach, but while we were there there were a lot of algae, so walking till to the beach chairs and bars took about 15-20min walking on the beach. If you drive its about 10 min drive away to the main square of the beach with all the restaurants and the beach bars. directly at the grounds is a pizzeria which is great for your first day, when you dont havr the energy to go anywhere and still get food. Two other good restaurants are a 2-5 min by car and the supermarket is also just about 5 min away by car and no matter where you are going you always pass the supermarket, so its convenient that its on the way. Contact with Damien was good, he always replied fast. At the beginning we would have wished for a little bit better communication about the water cuts due to a break in the water facility on the french side, but after we asked he sent us to links to newspapers where we could look up the times ourselves. You definitely need a car and there was enough parking space on the grounds. overall we enjoyed our stay at Damiens apartment!

We were a family of 5 and truly enjoyed the villa . It was exactly as described and as per pics . Very clean , amazing view and we loved the outdoor space . The host was very responsive and we have no issues . We really liked how secure the place felt , being fully gated and having window shutters on the whole place which we closed at night or when we left the villa for long periods . Orient bay is a short 3 min drive where you can find many options of restaurants. Also, we loved exploring all the beaches st Martin has to offer which was anywhere between 5 min to max 30 min drive away. The location was excellent . We would really recommend this villa .

Wonderful little home! We arrived to find everything beautifully prepared—AC was on, and there were water, snacks, milk, and coffee waiting for us. The home was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed provided. 10/10 experience!

Villa Tropicale is just beautiful, from the quiet secure location, amazing pool and tiki bar to the house and Claude and Monique. The entire outside space is perfect for hanging out with a cold drink while enjoying the sunshine! The Villa is great for kids- we had our 8 year old and 1.5 year old- there were baby floats, cribs/kids beds and even a tub seat for littles as well. The food is also a highlight!! For even more nights not having to cook their son Sebastian is fantastic!!

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL! Michael was an exceptional host and the home was nothing short of spectacular. The views, the pool, the tropical landscape, it was giving private tropical garden. The pool was amazing along with the waterfalls was a nice touch. Very close to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Do not miss out on this place! We had an AMAZING HOLIDAY

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

We had a lovely stay during our time in St. Barts. We traveled with another couple for my husband’s birthday. The house was perfect for us 4. The view was spectacular and very private! The private pool was very nice to have as well, overlooking the ocean. We will definitely rent this space again when back in St. Barts

My husband and I stayed here for 5 tranquil and relaxing days. The house looks like the photos, so there were no surprises. The house manager, Margaux, was very sweet and responsive. Once we settled in and got the A/C running, we had the best sleep of our lives! The fact that the bungalow has its own plunge pool and private outdoor area is what makes this home stand out. As a non-French speaking American, I did have some trouble figuring out how the kitchen appliances and washer/dryer worked, but Margaux was quick to help me figure these out. Highly recommend this lovely place and would definitely stay here again.

This apartment exceeded expectations. The photos really do not do it justice. The recent upgrades are beyond impressive and the location the best possible in Gustavia. Peter, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. This is now my new "home" in St Barths! Thank you, Peter!!
