Sacha was great and always was willing to go out of her way to help. Location is very far from anything and finding a taxi to pick you up can be a major pain and could be a multi hour task. Other than that everything is perfect

Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for morning walks. Host was very responsive and attentive. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor space. Thank you and we will return again.

Carmen is super easy to work with. The location is great - especially the view. The kitchen is perfect - we cooked a number of excellent meals. One consideration is the bathroom privacy - the upstairs loft as pictured has an exposed bathroom with no privacy from others in the loft.

I had a fantastic stay at Julien’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it even more enjoyable. Julien was an excellent host, very welcoming and responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I will definitely be coming back!

The unit was well appointed with towels, linens, good ac and water pressure. We only stayed for an evening and it suited our needs.

A wonderful spacious bungalow/apartment exactly 50 steps (I counted) from a paradise beach! Everything was perfect. We come to St Barts every year, but this year was the first time that we didn't have to get in the car, drive to the beach, find parking..... nothing can beat those 50 steps :D! Thank you Teresa, we can't wait to come back and stay for a month.

This villa is absolutely spectacular. After staying at a dozen other ones on the island over the years, Villa Ti'Cactus is by far my favorite. Waking up to the sunrise, being able to hop into the pool at the person temperature. It's very well-appointed, each access to St. Jean and very private. I could live there forever and be a happy man. I can't recommend more highly.

Beautiful stay in Florence and Jerome's home. The hosting was very nice and thoughtful. The space was extremely clean and offers premium amenities. The bathrooms are beautiful as well as the general decoration. It is very well located on the island and everything is nearby and easy to reach by car. The view is also beautiful with beautiful sunsets over the sea. If we come back it will be at Florence and Jerome's without hesitation. Thank you so much for your kindness which helped make this stay an unforgettable one.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! We had the most wonderful and relaxing vacation at Montana's lovely place which is right on the beach. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet, and it was perfect for sleeping peacefully at night. The apartment itself was spotless and it was so convenient to have two bedrooms. Montana was super responsive and easy to deal with, and check in was a breeze. She was also super helpful with tips on getting to St Barth from St Martin. Housekeeping was also available at no extra cost every couple of days. We will definitely be back, and I give my highest recommendation to anyone headed to St Barts for this truly incredible value. Thank you so much Montana!

We had a great time at Aimée's place. The proposed apartment is well-equipped, easy to live in. Above all, it enjoys a breathtaking view from the pretty private balcony on the dovecote beach, within walking distance. It is very quiet, in one of the quietest places in St Barth. A car is required to get there (10 minutes from Gustavia). Communication with Aimée, who lives above, is excellent. We recommend it without hesitation.

He responded positively and in a very short time to our messages and with recommendations about what we can do on the island, exceptional cleanliness, we were very satisfied. If we could rate higher than 5 stars we would! Easily the best bed and breakfast I’ve ever stayed in. If you choose to stay here during your visit in SXM (which you should, duh!) you can smugly walk by every other tourist here knowing you have the best view of the island! But in all serious, thank you Tess and Hugh for a very memorable experience and creating this little slice of heaven! Don’t think twice, book already!! You won’t regret!

Beautiful home… exactly as described. Gorgeous views and great location. Easy access to all areas of the island. Lionel was quick to respond. His dog, Louna, was an added bonus. She was even great with the 23 month old that traveled with us. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Sint Maarten.

What a time! Menavia communicated at every stage of the stay, provided lovely suggestions and all amenities, including assisting me with car rental. Ever grateful for her guidance. & the garden😍✨ such a welcoming presentation of love and dedication. Will be returning every time I’m on the island for sure.
