Very beautiful home, great surroundings very peaceful, the host responded quick to any question we had. 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

The place was so nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and clean. It was a nice place for families … The beds are very comfortable and the house is very modern and the decor is so cute. The televisions are wonderful and the sauna is amazing. The house is very spacious . The only changes I would make are some type of patio chairs on the front porch , to set in the evenings and the couch was not very comfortable.. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay at any location they own . I know it would be well maintained ..

We would absolutely stay here again! It was perfect for us. The house also had everything you would need. I loved having a fenced in back yard. Rob was a super host and we appreciated that. In addition, we both slept comfortable and well. The location was so convenient for us. Definitely a 5 🌟 star!

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

10 out of 10 would book again. Cannot recommend this place enough. We’ve stayed in several places in Coeur d Alene as a family of 3 (with a toddler) and this place was perfect. Here’s why: It was immaculately clean. The furniture and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating—including non breakable dishes and glassware. They aren’t stingy with paper towels, toilet paper or cleaning products. We were there for 4 days and didn’t run out of anything. There were snacks on arrival that we devoured because we didn’t get in until 11 pm. It’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It’s convenient to everything—downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores (less than 10 minutes away from anywhere we needed to go). We will definitely book this place again the next time we’re in the area.

This is the perfect place to stay for a larger family or two families with two masters and private baths and plenty of beds for kids. Everything was very clean and comfortable and being right on the river was amazing - beautiful views and fun activities with provided kayaks. The hot tub and covered porch were a plus too! Craig was also a great communicator. We will definitely consider coming back for family vacation again.

Kayla is a great host - very responsive and friendly. Gorgeous views of the river and forrest beyond! House was very nicely stocked w/ the essentials for cooking meals. We're looking forward to visiting again during the summer when we can make use of their water toys and dock! Once we figured out the hot tub, it was glorious! Thanks for a great stay!

I would definitely recommend Alli's place to anyone! It was very clean and just what we needed. Extra kudos for having a Christmas tree up for our stay it was a very special added touch! We also appreciated that the kitchen was full stocked with spices etc most airbnbs there are no spices so that was very nice. Would stay again

Amanda was a gem to work with. Always an immediate response. This adorable condo is so squeaky clean (I’m a stickler) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! No back or neck aches 🙌🏻 Highly recommend and will rent again for sure ❤️

A perfect vacation stay for us! We ski at Schweitzer a few times a year and are excited to find Ryan's place as the best fit for our family in the future. We appreciated the fully supplied kitchen for cooking dinner, the well appointed living room and dining space, small washer and drier, and comfortable bed. The location was a 15 minute drive to the mountain in the morning for skiing and a 5 minute drive to town for dinner out. Ryan's communication was also excellent. If you are travelling from out of the area, he would be a great host to give you information for the area. Thank you Ryan and family, for sharing your Sandpoint home.

I stayed at James place so I could visit my grandkids and it was perfect! Exceeded my expectations. Also, all the staff I spoke with were super helpful and friendly. I had not planned on any future stays but that has all changed now!

Mat’s place is clean, and well kept. Me and my wife found the place homey and cozy. Mat helped setting up the BBQ and get us going. One small thing, that will not affect my 5-star rating is to be little more cautious to check if the booker did check out or not before entering the unit🌹 Thank you!

Stayed at the Garage Getaway on a weekend with my husband (and no kids). It was perfect for the two of us, had everything we needed (especially that I didn’t pack shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer). Joey was kind and responsive. I frequent Sandpoint and will stay here again!

Pauline is a wonderful host! Friendly and communicative, I’m grateful for her for offering this beautiful space to stay. From the wonderful artwork to the lovely outdoor atmosphere, this was such a memorable stay! Some of my favorite parts included the welcome binder with recommendations for dining and activities, and the pair of wild turkeys that gobbled by each morning. I can only imagine that in the spring and summer, this place is even more beautiful. I will definitely be returning to this cute cottage in the future!

My husband and our two boys (ages 12 and 9) spent 5 nights here and it was wonderful! The entire complex is quiet and well kept. There’s a shared terrace space with a grill, tables and chairs - we made dinner a couple nights at the condo and it was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The location was perfect- every morning and evening we walked along the Spokane River and the kids swam in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again - it was close to a lot of other amenities!

We had a great Thanksgiving stay. Very quiet and private for an apartment. The warm parking was a great perk!

Super comfortable beds, full kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals, amazing location with so many shops and restaurants right out your door. I was a little nervous it would be loud at night but it was so quiet even during the day, it felt like we were the only ones in the entire building. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Coeur D’Alene.

We loved our stay in Michele's condo overlooking the river. Parking for 1 small car onsite was great. Location very nice, walkable to some restaurants, shopping, even a movie theatre. Or a nice walk along the river. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, and we really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee overlooking the water and would not hesitate to rebook this excellent home again.

The most beautiful view you’ll ever see and the bed was comfortable! We plan to stay here again for sure!

Convenient location to downtown Sand Point and easy access to Schwitzer for skiing. Condo was well stocked with essential supplies for simple cooking. Being on the main level was convenient as there are no elevators.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, and clean! We had such a great time spending Christmas here and they even had a Christmas tree up for us! High recommend!

This condo is comfortable, relaxing and clean. The Riverstone area has nice shops and restaurants. Even though it is a popular area it is peaceful. This area is convenient to most of the city. Our host was responsive to our needs and thanked us for staying. I would definitely stay again.
