Nice three-bedroom home located in quiet neighborhood of Saginaw Township. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is a fourth bed (queen) in the finished basement for larger parties. The following is the bedroom setup: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Basement (finished) - Queen bed. Property is also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Recently had a cleanliness issue. New cleaning company hired plus, decided to add some carpeting and touchup painting.

The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

Karla was a top notch host! taking extra care to leave lights on for our late arrival and informed us of easy access for our snowmobiles to get onto the bay for our ice fishing trip. the house was super clean and stocked with anything you could ask for! Thank you so much and we will be back!

The house was clean and comfortable and there were games and books for the kids to enjoy while we stayed. There were snacks available for us when we arrived and Ron even brought us over some fresh eggs from his chickens. What a wonderful and hospitable host. Fabulous stay and hope we get back to Bay City so we can come back. In town for a bowling tournament and we had both main floor suites and it was perfect for us. The sitting room, with its huge TV, was a great place for our group to hang out after a day of bowling. The dining room chairs made our nightly cribbage games extra comfy. Beds were great! The housecoats were a thoughtful touch. If you are looking for a memorable location with tons of character and special touches this is your spot!
