Another great stay at Todd’s place. Cozy place with plenty of amenities that we enjoy!

The listing noted that the space was in the basement, though it would have been helpful to clarify that the staircase to the main residence was only separated by a tarp and chain. Still, the stay overall was lovely and everything else met or exceeded expectations.

Carol’s place was a welcome rest for us. We loved the place’s early 1900s feel yet with all the modern amenities you would want. Perfect location right downtown. Just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants. Carol was always quick to respond and very helpful. The place was spotless. TVs in both bedrooms and living room was nice. We will be back!

Nice little get away. They have a cute little pond right outside of the place, when you look out the window you see the water, it’s very nice. It was pretty cold when we went but still had a great time. The owners house is on the property but they stick to themselves which is nice, we thought we were going to see them/ hear them way more than what we did. Property does have a bit of walking area, however most of the property was dug up cornfields and muddy so we didn’t walk through that. Overall the place was nice and I would book again once it’s a little warmer.

What a beautiful place and the location is everything! Walk right outside to all the local famous shops. We had a great time and can’t wait to visit again!

The house was nostalgic and perfect for our stay. The “summer kitchen” was an extra bonus area offering a wonderful game room and space for group activities. Convenient and spacious parking were a plus.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed! Definitely would stay there again!

We visited over Easter Weekend. Chris was super responsive, and our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Frankenmuth is a wonderful city, and we were fortunate to have found such a great place to use as a ‘home’ base 😃

This was a great stay and we’d definitely stay here again when visiting Frankenmuth. If I could give cleanliness a 4.9 star, then I would have. The only thing was hair in the bedding in multiple rooms, which I’m guessing was accidental from the cleaners since the rooms were otherwise spotless and the beds impeccably made. It was so wonderful to have an actual house to relax in after a long day at the water parks and to have full control over making our own food. We were also able to spend time together, rather than being in separate hotel rooms and having to cram into one room if we want to chat or let the kids play together.
