Steph’s place is absolutely ideal for a weekend of skiing, the condo is great size and so perfectly located to ski in/out to the main slopes at Sunday River.

This spot was perfect for our family weekend. We loved all the views of the mountain. Super easy to ski in and out. We were cozy and comfortable and appreciated all the hooks and storage for our gear.

We have stayed in several condos in this location and this is definitely one of our favorites. Plenty of room for the six of us. Short walk to snubber. Douglas’s place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Great place. Perfect size for 4 adults and 2 small kids. Jodi was super helpful with local recommendations and checking in with us. Short drive to skiing and restaurants. Heated pool was a big hit with the family. Other residents in the complex were super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Place was fantastic and perfect for a ski on ski off weekend at Sunday River. Comfortably fits 6 people with ease. Place was clean and equipped with all necessities. Most importantly, Matthew was a great host. Flexible check in and check out. We had an enormous powder day on Sunday. Because of this, Matthew offered a later check out (without us even asking) so we could take advantage of the snow. 10/10 host and experience. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space in the unit, kitchen has all the necessities, beds were comfy and 2 full baths made it easy. Unit is a quick 3 minute walk to the Snubber lift, we also used the shuttle which was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo right across the road from the base of Sunday River. Couldn't be more convenient without booking through the resort. The location is ideal. You share the top floor with another unit but feel secluded from the rest of the building. You can be on the slopes in minutes by just walking across the street. Beautifully designed interior. Updated everything. The nicest place I've ever rented at a ski resort by far. Fireplace was a perfect addition and made the evenings even more enjoyable with the perfect view of the slopes.

Wonderful stay at this ski in ski out condo, perfect for a long weekend. Super nice that it was dog friendly. Having access to ski locker was convenient. Had just what we needed in kitchen. Sofa bed was just ok, and I think an upgrade on the sheets would be welcome but those things are minor. We would love to stay here again and again.

The location of Kell'y house was perfect for my group's trek. It had plenty of parking and was conveniently located to shops, restaurants and areas we were canoeing. The house had all that we needed to make our stay enjoyable and well worth renting.

Great spot for a skiers, borders, or families. 4 of my good buddies stayed 2 nights in late January. SKI ON SKI OFF with a heated pool and hot tub next to the trail were needed and wonderful. It was noticeably how polite and happy everyone in the condo was.The was a happy excited vibe the whole weekend. We fit nicely in the condo and the beautiful balcony facing the Locke mountain peak was next level. The condo is also positioned perfectly. Walkable to the main lounge but also close to many restaurants. All in all 10/10 I would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay in the Mouse House - it was perfect for a ski weekend for two people. Couldn’t be easier to ski in and out of! Would definitely stay again.

Our family just had the most enjoyable ski weekend! The home was perfect! Well equipped, clean and cozy. Access to the trails made the slope side experience enjoyable for the entire family. We will definitely look forward to visiting again! Thank you for making our first annual ski vacation so enjoyable!

The place is beautiful, impeccably clean, and Kim is incredibly friendly and responsive - literally responding to questions within minutes. Our family had a blast. It comfortably housed my wife and I as well as our four kids 9 and under. Ski slope is right out the door. Ski locker is super close. And, the pool/hot tub were a blast. Kids are already requesting to come back next year. Thanks so much Kim!

Great cozy getaway right off one of the runs on Sunday River, you cannot find a better value for the location!

This place is great! So cozy and clean! Easy instructions to follow! Easy access to the mountain with a short walk. Kitchen had all the necessary dishes to use/cook with! Forget something? Most likely they have the basics of what you need in the condo to use while there! Very pleased with my stay and will definitely book again! Angela checked in throughout the stay to make sure things were good! Worth booking!

Great spot, would rent again!

We had a great time at Molly's place! The condo was warm and cozy with a good working kitchen, good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. It has a nice-sized fireplace with a wood shed right next door. I thought it would be too hot for a fire, but we turned off the family room heater and it was perfect. You cannot get a better location if you came to ski. The front door is a two minute walk to the chair lift and there are outdoor lockers for your skis so you don't need to bring the snow into the condo. I had a few communications with Molly about changing our dates and questions when we arrived and she got back to us right away. I hesitated to write this good a review for fear it won't be available next time I want to book it!

Tamara's place was pleasantly spacious for our large family! The location was absolutely perfect, everything was clean and the unit was exactly as described. Tamara's check in instructions were detailed and clear, and with an unexpected hiccup she was immediately responsive over the phone and had it solved in less than 2 minutes (despite being on vacation herself). We appreciated the flawless experience! We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again soon!
