Vacation rentals with lake access in Sacramento County

This stay was wonderful. Our family was there to attend a funeral and this was just the cozy home base we needed. I'm super grateful for the house and all the amenities provided. Anastasia and Dmitriy were so responsive to little questions we had along the way and very accommodating to all our needs. Note: the primary suite does not have a shower. I enjoyed the lovely soaking tub, but some folks don't like a bath. I would absolutely stay here again next time we need a place in the area. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Granite Bay. The house was exactly as described.. perfect for us to spend time with our daughter and grandchildren. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for us to barbecue and enjoy dinner at home. The kids loved the pool as well as ping pong and piano playing! Timothee was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful when needed.

First time staying here! Fantastic service at the bar/restaurant (thank you Nikki). Greg was another great help, very flexible and easy-going. We will be back soon, especially given the location to our home. Thank you Ko-Ket and staff, much appreciated.

This place was very comfortable and very clean. All streaming services are provided on the tv and the dimming lights are a great bonus to change up the vibe and setting of the place. The stay has very relaxing and not a sound surround the entire stay even thought the location is in a neighborhood, and surrounded by houses. Very nice place to stay for a getaway. Very clean and the host gives clear instructions and responds quick. 10/10 stay in my books, will most likely come here again when in need of a relaxing quiet weekend👍🏾

Great place, spacious and in a very convent location near Sutter Street!

Great little spot. Clean, quiet neighborhood, great proximity to downtown Folsom. Having the washer and dryer was super nice! Meghan was great and appropriately communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

Mark’s place was exactly as listed and in a fantastic location. The house had a great layout and the neighborhood was quiet. Lots to do in the area and so close to Sutter Street and all that it has to offer. Highly recommended and would no doubt stay there again if available!

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

Their place is beautiful, very comfortable, have guest options to erase streaming credentials (like a hotel) if that’s your thing, and more than spacious for one person. The places to eat are around a half mile away, the neighborhoods are very walkable, and perfectly safe. The oversized ponds/small lakes are a serene feature.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.
